What had I done is all I could think I had just killed my best friend. It was over my mind was shot the evil had consumed my heart and soul my eyes filled with fire and rage Felroin stood staring at me he backed quickly and ran as far as he could he was gone. The evil inside me was the last thing I had I killed every woman, man and child in that village and the next thirty after that I had lost my old self the hero deep inside this new evil force and I could not find the old me not now and maybe never again. As I progressed on slaughtering the people of the kingdom that took mine I noticed the towns were getting bigger and more guarded. I was coming close to their king. I had made it to the second to last city I had dried blood of my enemyβs people on my armor and sword. I had reached full craziness the darkness had consumed my soul I was a demon the devils soldier I had taken the lives of the innocent I will never reach the holy lands.
The guards of the city tried to stop me but I cut them down with the swing of my northern blade I killed them all leaving no one left alive in my path I killed everyone every person in the city no mercy for any of them. Leaving the city blood left everywhere on the streets in the hoses on the toys of the young. I walked towards the kingdom I had once known as my peoples. Two knights guarded the doors master swordsman of this place they were no match they were dead with two swings of my sword. I kicked open the gate with a loud crashing noise I looked directly in the eyes of a young boy his darted to the two dead knights lying in front of the gate I saw myself in his eyes when I had watched my people be killed. I walked past him handing him a bag of money I had received three towns behind me. My quest was to kill the knights and king of this place I knew this somewhere deep inside but I couldnβt bring it to the surface revenge was to over powering.
The only one left alive was the boy I had saw. I walked to the doors of the castle where the knights had retreated. My sword cut the doors down with one big slash I saw the fear in their eyes I stood for seconds before I begun fighting my sword flashing threw the air cutting each and every one of them down leaving no one left. I walked slowly to the door to the royal room I opened the door with my hands my sword still at my side not ready for battle. The king lunged at me with a dagger I felt it reach inside me but it didnβt hurt it had just made me angry I stood staring at him with fire in my eyes his turned scared and defeated he backed trying to say something I gave him the time to say them. He stuttered out revenge has taken your soul and replaced it. I looked deep into his eyes and said and now your soul is mine. I grabbed him by the top of his and cut it off blood sqirted everywhere in the room my quest was finished. I walked to the the throne as I sat I felt a shiver of cold.
The throne turned to ice it was the ice of revenge and evil it begun taking over the place. The ice covered all of banter turning it into lands of ice. Here is the twist I have been telling the story for Criden my name is Ferloin I thought it would be better to make you belive I was actually Criden while telling his story no one has seen him since the ice of revenge is cold to cold for any regular warrior anyone who has entered the land of lich as it is called now has ever came out it is said they have become his soldiers now soldiers of the lich king
