“Wait, are you a summoned beast?” Mikael asked with a highly exaggerated shocked expression.
“It can’t be. She hasn’t summoned anything in the past four years.” Lin said, scoffing at the boy.
“What makes it funny is that it’s a common human. You think that after four years, she would’ve summoned something better.” Alex added. The boy stared at them, dumbfounded. He glanced back at Ashanti and noticed her tremblings beginning to double. He turned back towards the girls, giving them a fake smile.
“So there are jerks here. Hey, gentlemen mind leaving. I don’t want you, dirtying this house. Also, I feel like I’m going to throw up if I see your faces any longer.” The boy said while smiling at me and the girls.
“Gentlemen?” Alexia shrieked.
“That takes a lot of courage to say that,” Mikael said.
“Kill him!” Velma shouted.
“Goodbye,” The boy said, slamming the door in their face. He then turned around to face the girl. “Well, now that the problem has been taken care of, I think we should reintroduce ourselves.” He extended his hand out to her. “I’m Chase Royce.”
Ashanti looked up at him, snot and tears filling her face. “U-Uh, I’m Ashanti Min.” She said, sheepishly shaking her hand.
“It’s nice to meet you, Ashanti. I hope I can stay at your house for a short visit.”
“O-Of course.” She whispered. I finally met somebody strong enough to stand up for me. That’s all I need, she thought.

Episode Seventeen "Creation S1 E4 - The Capital / Mysterious Girl"“Thanks,” He told the villagers. He packed his bags and collected Max, walking to the entrance of the town and waving bye at them. However, he wasn’t being set off with a warm reception. Only the chief elder and other leaders of the village saw him leave. The others remained in their house, watching with resented eyes, as their savior walked away. They only wanted him for protection, but now that he was leaving, they rejoiced silently. They could deal with the monsters on their own terms without Ex’s help.
“They hate me, don’t they? Well, it’s not like that feeling isn’t mutual.” He muttered under his breath as he ventured away from the village and towards the capital of the Miracle Kingdom, Rishar. He wanted to explore the new world and distance himself from toxic villages like the one he left. He wanted to meet the residents of this new fantasy world that would approach him with open eyes.
He crossed miles of forestland, passing small towns and villages, taking a month to reach Rishar. He wanted to join the adventurers' guild and venture on a mission, but, first, he needed to enter the capital.
Ex then stood in line, Max standing by his side. As he waited for his turn to be processed, people in line noticed Max, worried by the presence of a Diamondrock wolf. They whispered to each other, glancing at Ex strangely.
After half an hour of waiting, Ex got his turn at the capital’s entrance. The guards looked Ex and Max up and down before issuing a collar to him. Unlike the people in line, they barely confirmed Max’s existence. Diamondrock wolves were common around Rishar, and guards saw their fair share of the wild beasts.
“Keep a collar on your tamed monster. It helps to ease people’s fear.” One of the guards explained.
Ex nodded. “Thanks for the info,” He remarked as he put the collar on Max before the guard allowed him through. Now inside, Ex’s first destination was the capital’s adventurers guild. He entered the adventurers guild and walked up to the receptionists’ desk.
“How do I register?” He asked her, catching the tired receptionist off guard. She woke up from her small nap to a monster looking at her.
“Uh…. I need your information first.” She nervously stated, stealing glances aimed at Max. She was worried about Max’s presence, even with a collar on, as he was still a beast in her eyes.
Ex handed the receptionist her information before getting an adventurers’ card, acting as his identification card. He began his adventuring career as a rank F adventurer.
With his identification in hand, he thanked the receptionist---a petite brunette named Shia---before leaving the building, basking in the sun’s warmth outside.
Max followed him, not acting on his instincts. He was an intelligent monster who understood the circumstances that will befall Ex for any wrong move he makes.
As Ex searched for an inn to stay at, for the night, Max decided to run slightly ahead off. Ex watched Max as he roamed around freely, showing off his collar to worried passersby. He smiled while observing Max, grinning proudly at his pet.
As they walked down the main road, which ended at the steps of the castle, a girl appeared out of nowhere, nearly slicing Max with her sword. Max retreated, hiding behind his master. The girl then threw a dagger aimed at Max, nearly hitting Ex in the process.
“Watch out!” She shouted, throwing another dagger.
Ex brandished a skill, creating a fire from his palm. He pointed the fire at the girl.
“What are you doing?” She asked, stopping her next attack.
“He’s my tamed monster, not a wild one.” He told her.
“You’re a tamer?” She asked, walking closer to Ex. She held her sword close to her.
“Yeah, so I would like for you to not kill my companion,” Ex told her.
She walked over to him, sheepishly; clearly embarrassed that she attempted to kill a tamed monster. “I’m sorry, I thought it was a wild beast.” She whispered.
“It’s okay, you didn’t hurt him, so there’s no problem here. Oh, I’m Ex by the way. Next to me is Max, my tamed Diamondrock Wolf..” He said, petting Max, who was waving his tail happily.
“Well, I’m Brooklyn, a rank E swordsman.” She said, introducing herself. She was a brunette pale-skinned female with large blue eyes, nearly twice the size of Ex. She wore pieces of iron and leather armor, creating a weird combination that every low-ranked adventure had.
“I’m new to the capital, a rank F mage/tamer. Can you recommend any good inns nearby? We need a place to settle down for the night?” He asked her.
“The Night Cat Inn is run by a nice old lady, Torina, and her daughter Azlin.” She responded, pointing towards a fancy darkwood inn a half-block away.
“Thanks, I’ll be on my way then,” Ex muttered before he walked away.
“Uh…” She muttered, trying to attract his attention. “Wait… can I-”
“Excuse me! Why is there a beast in town?” A guard shouted. The guard was in a full set of iron armor, a tuft of red hair being exposed from the helmet.
“He’s tamed,” Ex coldly responded. He didn’t enjoy the guard’s snarky attitude towards Max. Max wasn’t a beast to Ex, instead, a companion.
“Is he registered? Has he attacked anyone?” The guard asked, interrogating him.
“He is registered and he hasn’t attacked anyone. We just arrived in town.” Ex responded, walking away from the guard, scoffing at him.
The guard didn’t enjoy being ignored, prompting an intense reaction. He took out his sword and shouted, “I challenge you to a duel! If I win then you beast must leave. If you win then I’ll leave you alone.”
Ex shook his head at the situation, understanding that there wouldn’t be a peaceful resolution to this conversation. “I accept,” He reluctantly remarked.
Passersby heard the challenge, forming a circle around Ex and the guard. The small circle soon grew into a large crowd.
Meanwhile, Brooklyn analyzed Ex using her Magic Eye, a rank SS skill. However, she couldn’t read any of his stats, They were all blacked out as if she wasn’t high level enough to see his stats. She was confused at the lack of information about him. Even her best skill, Magic Eye, couldn’t tell her his backstory.

Episode Eighteen "The Adopted Human Elves S1 E4 - Treaty"Five was knocked unconscious by Xoa and remained unconscious, even after two days. His heartbeat remained steady while his brain continued to process his thoughts. However, his eyes never opened, instead, remaining cold, almost dead.
Roxy had arrived too late to save Five, leading to his fallen state. He looked to be on the edge of life and death.
Roxy had stayed with him for the night at the makeshift hospital, carefully watching him over until Lexiss forced her to rest. She had used up a lot of mana during the battle, resulting in her nearly collapsed state. She would follow Five in his near-death state if she hadn’t rested.
The next morning, Roxy rushed over to the hospital but was dragged away by Lexiss to the makeshift prison holding the Rockshins.
Waiting for them was Menzo and Elas. Elas looked at Roxy with worry. He motioned for her to follow him. She nodded, waving a temporary bye to Lexiss. They then distanced themselves away from the prison, standing under a single tree.
“How have you been?” He asked her.
“I’ve… I’ve been fine,” She hesitantly responded.
“Fine? Are you sure?” He asked. He looked at her. “I’ve lived through centuries and have seen my children prosper and expand their horizons. What a beautiful sight.” He looked up at the tree. He plucked a leaf and placed it on the wind, drifting away slowly. “However, I’ve seen my fair share of misery. One such case was two siblings that were overprotective of each other and spent every moment with each other. As they grew up, they continued to stay close to each other, but that beautiful time would soon be out of their reach.” He plucked another leaf and brought it to his eye, squinting to analyze it.
“The sister started developing a love for her older brother but didn’t have enough confidence to tell him of this. Her inability to express herself allowed her older brother to find a love of his own, marrying and leaving this village. She maintained a cheerful atmosphere around us and whenever her brother came around. Her brother believed that she was doing good, but how wrong he was-” He placed the leaf in his palm. “-she committed suicide the day before he came over to visit. There he read her diary, learning of her love and hatred of him. She loved him but hated how he went and found himself a wife. The brother was struck with heavy depression, eventually, committing suicide himself.” He crushed the leaf in his palm, grinding it before letting it fly alongside the wind.
“You’re saying that we’ll both be destroyed if our true feelings aren’t exposed?” She asked.
He nodded
