ran down the stairs. I took my eyes off Caitlin and onto Krystal. She looked so hot. “Hey.” I said. “Hey.” She said back. We walked out and headed to Roller Coaster Land. We were walking side by, our hands bumping into each other. We just walked awkwardly, when I grabbed her hand. I don’t know what came over me but I just held her hand. We continued to hold hands as we walked to Roller Coaster Land. She looked at our hands and looked up, smiling at me. I smiled back. Her hands were warm and smooth with lotion. And her long hair was curled just at the bottom of her waist.

We finally walked into Roller Coaster Land, got our tickets, and entered through the gates. I noticed all the guys looking at Krystal, dumbfound by her beauty. I was proud to be the one next to her.

“Hey, guys!” I heard Annabelle shout behind us. Krystal quickly dropped my hands. “Hey.” I said, disappointed that our alone time was interrupted. “Let’s go find a map.” Annabelle said, dragging Krystal away. Then, Joe ran up to me and punched me on my arm. “Hey, man.” I nodded toward him, still staring off to Krystal. “Dude.” Joe said. “Oh, yeah?” I said, finally looking at Joe. He looked at me funny. “Let’s go catch up to them.”

We were in line for our twelfth ride. I was right behind Krystal when the gates opened. Me and Joe went to go put our phones on the shelf next to the ride when Krystal sat in one of the seats, next to an empty seat. I put my phone down and walked toward the empty seat, putting my foot into the ride when Joe pushed me aside. “Dude, let me ride this time. I waited a long time for this ride. Thanks, man.” I watched the ride pull out of the station and onto the tracks. Okay then. I watched as the ride went up and how Krystal and Joe were talking. Then, when the ride went down, I saw Krystal scream with pleasure then squeeze to Joe. I couldn’t help thinking that could have been me.
