and got comfortable.

I woke up to Rarity whining and crying in the living room. I sighed and threw the covers off of me. I slid my legs to the side of my bed and my feet touched the floor. I stood up and rubbed my eyes. I walked to my door and was about to open it but heard something that woke me up completely.

He broke up with me.

I gasped and my ear to the door to listen to their conversation. I'm no eavesdropper or gossip queen. I was just interested on what Rarity was crying so loud in the morning about. I shushed my mind and listened in.

"For who?" I heard Rarity's friend, Katie said. She was the one at lunch being kissed by Luke.
"I-I..." She said and started to cry again,"I don't know." Her voice cracked at the end. I felt bad for her and wondering why in the hell Liam would break up with her. Plus he went and ate her food last night. I flung the door open and they both looked up at me as I said the one thing I thought I would never say.

"What a jerk?!" I shouted.
"You eavesdropper." Rarity said as she stood up.
"Sorry. Not that your the blame but you woke me up from crying. I was interested." I told her. She sat back down and sobbed again. I can't believe I'm about to say this.
"Get over him. There is always your mate. You've just got to find him, Rarity. At least your mate isn't a jerk like min-" I stopped and my eyes went wide. Did I just admit that Liam was in fact, my mate? My eyes were wide and I felt Rarity's eyes on me.
"Your mate is...." Katie started but Rarity finished.
"Liam?" She spoke out. She wasn't surprised or anything. She had knew and didn't even tell me. It was my turn to have emotion.
"You knew?!" I shoot up and scowled at her.
"Well...." She began. I was mad and I knew I had to leave.

I flung the door open and slammed it behind me. I fast walked down the hall to my best friend's dorm and flew the door open. The guy from last night had his arms around her waist and kissing her neck. They flew away from each other when they saw me. I flopped down on the couch and groaned.

"You okay?" Kaydee asked me as she made he way to the couch and sat down beside me.
"Do I look okay?!" I yelled at her. She sighed and looked at me with a more serious face.
"What happened?" She asked.
"Liam and Rarity happened." I blurted out.
"What did they do?" Kaydee asked like she already knew.
"Liam decides to break up with Rarity," I said as she gasped and I continued "and I find out Rarity knew something I didn't." I huffed and crossed my arms over my chest.
"What?" Kaydee asked more interested.
"That Liam is my mate." I blurted out. Kaydee's eyes grew and then she grabbed my shoulders.
"Unbelievable!" She shouted with cheer in her eyes.
"What?" I asked as she jumped off the couch and ran to the boy. He stood awkwardly in the kitchen with his back leaning against the wall.
"Emery, this is my mate." She said. She smiled at me and I smiled back. I jumped up and ran over to Kaydee's mate. I got really close to his face and he looked at me from his corner of his eye.
"Hmmmm....What's your name, boy?" I asked him as I backed away slowly.
"Eden." He said.
"Ah, Eden. Cool name." I said.
"Uh....thanks." Eden said as he looked at Kaydee.
