helped by a family who found him outside of the forest. Now here Tyler is in the house of a random family’s house.

Tyler got out of bed and walked up to the door. He peeked outside and noticed the family was getting their meal ready. The mother was cooking while the father was cleaning. Macey was helping around the house. Tyler opened their door and walked outside. “You can sit down. Food will be ready in a second.” The mother told him. Tyler nodded and sat down at the table. The father finished cleaning and sat down across from Tyler. Macey sat down next to Tyler. The mother laid the food down on the table and passed it around. She then sat down next to the father. The food was pork and beans. The parents started eating their food. Macey looked at Tyler before looking back at her food. She started eating as well. Tyler eats with them.

The father then spoke out. “What is your decision?” He asked. Tyler thought about it. “I’m going to stay, but I will pay you back for your hospitality,” Tyler told them. “How will you pay us back?” The father asked. “John! Be nice.” The mother said. “I’m just saying. He’ll need to pay for what he’ll be using.” John said. “John!” The mother said. “Nancy! You wanted to let him stay. If he’s staying then he’ll need to help around the house. You know we don’t have much money to live off.” John told her. “I’m going to register in the adventurers’ guild and gain money there.” Tyler declared. “Are you sure?” Nancy asked. “John is right. I need to make my own money and help you, the people who saved me.” Tyler said. “See the kid gets it,” John said. “I’ll head to the adventurers’ guild later and register,” Tyler told them. “Will you be safe?” Macey asked. She looked up at Tyler. John noticed this. “I’ll be fine. It’s not like I’ll be doing any dangerous missions.” Tyler reassured her. “Then it’s decided. Become an adventurer and help us out.” John said. Nancy sighed and continued to eat. Tyler nodded before finishing his food. “Thank you,” Tyler said going to the sink and washing his dishes. He then told them “I’ll be back.” and left the house in search of the adventurers’ guild. He was ready to become an adventurer. To start his new life.

Tyler made it to the adventurers’ guild. It is an older looking black brick building. Tyler stepped inside and is welcomed in by the guild’s receptionist. She is a beautiful young lady with long black hair and dark skin. Her name tag gave away her name. “Zoey”.  “You must be new.” She said. “Yeah, I’m here to register,” Tyler told her. “Okay, then you can register here. All I need is your name, current home, class, and skills.” She said. “My name is Tyler and I live in a country very far from here, but I’m currently staying in a house not too far from here. My class is-” He started. He didn’t want anybody knowing that he can control all the elements. “My class is mage, but I can only use wind and water.” He lied to her. “I only have the basic skills mastered.” He said. “Oh okay, well now that, that’s all good so here’s your guild card. Do you know the rules?” She asked. “I’m sorry can you tell me them.” He said. “Everybody starts at rank F and you can work yourself to rank S, but not many people make it there. Anyways, you need to complete ten quests to rank up to rank E, but it doubles after every rank up and when you rank up to C you’ll need to take a test before finalizing your new rank.” She informed Tyler. “What type of quests are am I allowed to grab?” Tyler asked. “Rank F and rank E quest.” She said. “Okay, then all I need to do is complete ten quest then I rank up to E right?” He wanted to confirm. “That is right.” She responded. “Okay, thanks.” He said walking over to the quest board. He scanned the rank F and rank E quests. “There it is,” Tyler said aloud. He picked out a quest for subjugation of ‘Demon Bats’. Tyler walked over to the receptionist’s desk and handed her the quest. “I’ll take this one.”He told her. “Okay, then I hope to see you back with the quest fulfilled.” She said with a small smile. Tyler nodded and walked out of the building, ready to do his first quest.

Episode Six "Adventurer III"

Recap:

After being abused and bullied, Tyler ran away from his home and went into the “Forest of Dune.” There he encounters the “Elemental Feline” and “Slither Snake” fighting. He ends up aiding the Elemental Feline and trying his best to take out the Slither Snake. The Elemental Feline saves him and Tyler passes out. He wakes up to being helped by a family who found him outside of the forest. After eating and talking to the father, Tyler is given a new purpose, to help aid the family financially, and becoming an adventurer will help him reach that goal. Now he’s ready to register at the adventurers’ guild and start his first quest.

Tyler made it to the cave where ‘Demon Bats’ live in. He peeked into the cave and was met with darkness. He carefully walked into the cave looking for the monsters. “Where can they be?” He thought as he continued down the cave system. He couldn’t find any Demon Bats. He then heard a sound behind him. He is now in the darkness without a light. He went down a path that only has one exit connecting him to the outside world. He felt a presence behind him. He summoned his light bow and got three light arrows ready. He turned around and fired off all three arrows. Two arrows hit the rocks and bounced off while the third one hit something. Whatever it connected with fell to the ground with a thump. “Light” Tyler summoned. A light appeared in the small cave and out appeared five Demon Bats. “Found you,” Tyler said firing off more light arrows. Each one connected with a Demon Bat. On the floor are six Demon Bat corpses. “It doesn’t say how many I need to collect.” Tyler thought aloud as he looked at the quest information. “Oh wait, it says I need five Demon Bats,” Tyler said aloud. “I could go back, but.” He started. He wanted to leave, but the feeling of becoming a burden and being hated by even more people overtook him. He continued down the cave in search of more Demon Bats. If he knew that it would take him a very long time to escape the cave then he would have left when he had a chance.
