We finished the first quest rather easily. We were able to find a goblin camp not far from town. Now with our first quest out of the way, we’re making our way to the ‘White Rose Plains’ to find the herb, 'Holy Tulip.’ This herb is important in low-grade potions and it’s plentiful, but it takes too long to collect. That’s why this job is outsourced to lower ranks as the higher-ranked adventurers don’t want to deal with it. It doesn’t bother me as it’s not too difficult to collect them. “Found another one,” Lindsay shouted. “Good, we’ll need five more.” I told her. I continued scanning the endless grass. Then I found one. It was a small blue and yellow flower that stuck closer to the ground. “Found one; Four more!” I shouted. “Got it.” She responded. We continued looking for the herb. “I found a lot.” Lindsay shouted. “How many?” I asked. “Five of them!” She shouted. “Really?” I said rushing to her side. I stared in disbelief. There really are five ‘Holy Tulips.’ “Now that our quest is done, we can go get ice cream.” I told her. “Yeah! I want oreo.” She said. “Sure,” I said. I picked the flowers and left them in a bag that I brought along. It’s a plain black backpack. “Let’s go.” I said. “Yes! I’m ready for ice cream.” She said. I laughed. I then heard loud footsteps from behind me. I turned around and noticed a ‘Silver Bear’ behind us. “Lindsay run!” I shouted. Unfortunately, the bear has allies. Three more ‘Silver Bears’ appeared from around us. We are surrounded. “Brother?” Lindsay said with a shy voice. “She’s really scared.” I thought. I took out my scythe and gripped it. “What can I do? Four ‘Silver Bears’ that are all rank D compared to two rank F’s.” I thought.

Episode Five "Silver Bears II"Recap:
Kevin and Lindsay had a paranoid father who wanted to train his children into people who could take care of themselves. Since Kevin was older, he suffered brutal Spartan-like training. Kevin didn’t want his younger sister to suffer through the same training he was put through. He came up with a deal to do the double the amount of training in order to spare his sister the pain. Eventually, both parents are killed and the two siblings go on their own journey. They become adventurers and soon earn money to live on. During one quest they are attacked by a group of bandits known as the “Red Killers”. Kevin single-handedly takes them out. They return to the adventurers’ guild and get their reward for both the ‘Red Killers’ and the quest they were working on. While working on their last two quests, that they need to rank up, they are surrounded by four ‘Silver Bears’ which are rank D compared to the siblings who are only rank F.
The ‘Silver Bears’ are slowly surrounding us. “Brother? What do we do?” She asked. I stood there dumbfounded. I wasn’t expecting for rank D monsters to be here. “Lindsay take out your sword. We’re going to have to fight them. That’s the only way we’re getting out of here alive.” I said. “O-okay.” She said taking out her sword. The bears started surrounding us slowly. I decided to strike before they do. I swung my scythe hitting one of the bears. Somehow the scythe dealt damage to the bear. The bear got angry and struck me. It threw me back into the ‘Silver Bear’ behind me. The bear behind me struck me as well. Now I have cuts on my back and chest. “Brother!” Lindsay shouted. I got hit again by another ‘Silver Bear.’ I looked up and Lindsay also got hit. Another blow to my right side and another to my left. I couldn’t fight back as the powerful enemies freaked me out enough for me not to be able to swing my scythe again. I saw blood gushing out of my wounds. “Brother!” Lindsay shouted. “Lindsay!” I thought. I then passed out. The last thing on my mind was the thought of Lindsay being on her own.

Kevin awoke in a pile of blood. He looked around and noticed that the bears that he had difficulty with, are lying dead on the floor. Kevin looked around. He couldn’t see Lindsay anywhere. He got up quickly and scanned the area. Nothing. He couldn’t see her anywhere nor could he find a trace of her. “How long have I been out?” He asked out loud. “She has to be somewhere around here.” Kevin thought. He looked for her until night fell. When night fell, he returned to town. He got to the gates of the town. “Wait, aren’t you Kevin?” The guard asked. “Yeah,” Kevin responded. “You were counted as dead.” The guard said. “I was?” He asked. “Yeah, your sister and a stranger came here to spread the news of your death.” The guard told him. “I need to talk to my sister,” Kevin said. “You’ll need to talk to the receptionist at the guild.” The guard told him. “Thanks,” Kevin said rushing to the guild. He got through the door and went to the receptionist’s desk. “Kevin?” Jane asked shocked. “You’re still alive.” She said. “What have people said about me?” Kevin asked. “Lindsay said you were killed. She came here with a stranger, but I never got his name.” Jane informed him. “Where is she?” He asked. “She left town already. I don’t know much about what she is doing, but I did hear that she wanted to go to the capital.” Jane said.

“She said she wanted to be stronger. She wanted to be stronger to protect other people.” Jane said. “She didn’t want to be protected,” Jan told him. Kevin nodded. “I protected her all her life. I wanted her to live a peaceful life, but because of that she feels that she isn’t strong.” Kevin said. “If you want, I can send a message to her. She’ll be thrilled to know that you’re still alive.” Jane said. She grabbed a piece of paper and started writing. “Don’t,” Kevin told him. “Wait, why?” Jane asked confused. “If she finds out that I’m still alive then she’ll head back here. It’ll be like nothing ever happened. She won’t get any stronger if we stick together.” Kevin said. “Are you sure?” Jane asked. “If we stick together then we’ll only be limiting our potential. It’s time for us to go our separate paths for now.” Kevin declared. “Well, I can’t stop you. I’ll notify Brick about you, but I won’t tell Lindsay for
