“Hillary, Tanner, those inn workers, that kid! I’ll kill them all in less than a week. Next week will be the king’s head. After that, every king in the world! I’ll make myself the king!” He cackled to himself loudly.

“He accepted the task, Master.” Sparrow kneeled, lowering her head. She kneeled in front of Merlin Hell, who wore a horrifying smile. The pair were in Merlin’s lair, deep underground filled with reddish materials that Sparrow couldn’t identify as anything she was familiar with.
“He drank the potion?” He asked.
“Yes, Master. I told him his strength will be recovered and he could get his revenge after killing Troy.” Sparrow answered.
Merlin nodded. “Good. Once he becomes a Demon Knight, inform me. I want to watch and see how Troy responds to the situation. Will he fight or will he buckle under the pressure? I could care less for what he does as long as his demonic energy acts.”
“Can I ask a question, Master?” Sparrow asked, still kneeling. Merlin nodded. “Why is this Troy kid so important to your plans?”
“Because his demonic energy is raw and pure. If I can absorb his energy, then I’ll be the strongest person in the world. The Goddess will grant me a larger library of spells and skills I can use and global domination will be at arms’ length. His energy needs to grow tremendously before I can absorb it, however. The Goddess will be angry if I take it prematurely.” He explained.
“The Goddess? Who is she” She questioned.
Merlin turned around, glaring at her. “She is the True Goddess ruling over this world. I dare not speak her name in fear of her anger, but you should be at least familiar with her. She is the Goddess of Darkness.”
Sparrow nodded. “I’ve heard of her name before, Master. I apologize for any insults I gave, which I did not do purposefully.” She lowered her head further to show that she meant her words. “Thank you for informing this foolish disciple of yours.”
Merlin nodded, turning away from her. “Good, never disrespect her in any form.” He took a step away from her. “Inform me once phase two is complete.”
“Yes, Master.”

Episode Seven "Discreet Aids"“Good morning, Master.” Xavier bowed in front of an older man dressed in a white and red cloak. The upper part of the cloak was white with the bottom part consisting of two different shades of red - blood red on the bottom and crimson above it. The man turned around to face Xavier, acknowledging him with a nod. The man was affected by several wrinkles on his face, mostly concentrated on his forehead. His hair was blond, short, and straight while his eyes were a deep shade of green, resembling the color of a sea of treetops.
Xavier raised his head, his lips straightened. “You called me, sir?” He stood in the private office of his master, a lean and skinny man that stared at him intensely.
Xavier’s master, Rigard Rule, nodded. He sat straight in his chair. “It’s almost time for you to embark on your own. Your efforts in watching over Target V, T, and C have been noted.”
“Yes, Master.” Xavier smiled. “Can I ask where I will be going? And with who?”
Rigard glared at him. “I can assume that the second question relates to my daughter, who happens to be embarking on a mission at the same time as you?”
Xavier’s smile disappeared quickly. He shook his head, but Rigard already knew the truth. “Dare to lay a hand on my daughter and you’ll be expelled from the AOTC faster than you can run.” Xavier nodded, frightened by his master’s threats. “Remember, these missions aren’t for the members to go around and date people, but for the kingdom’s future. You will become an official Discreet Aid once you complete your graduation mission.”
Xavier nodded. “Yes, Master.”
Rigard nodded. “Now… Before I tell you where you’re heading, repeat to me everything about this organization.”
Xavier nodded. “This organization is known as the Aides of the Crown, or AOTC for short. There are two different factions under AOTC, one being Public Aides and the other being Discreet Aids. Public Aides are knights and other public officials that are allowed to be seen in public. Discreet Aids, like us, are assassins that work in the shadows to ensure Edurdale’s future and to nip any potential buds that could become threats in the future.”
Rigard nodded, a small smile on his face. “Good, you learn well. I can see that your brain is still operational. Now!” He turned around, standing up from his desk. “Your mission will be to follow up on a sighting of Reid, one of Merlin Hell’s disciples.”
“Merlin Hell? I haven’t heard that name before.” Xavier remarked.
Rigard nodded. “According to reports from the capital, Merlin was split into different versions of himself. Merlin Hell is one of them. His last name is to differentiate the different versions.”
Xavier nodded. “So I’ll be chasing after his disciple to see if I can take any information out of him?”
Rigard nodded. “He was sighted in the capital. Your mission will be to investigate and see if the sighting is true or not. If the sighting turns out to be correct, report back instantly. Since there’ll be three people going, one will return while the other two keep an eye on him. If the sighting turns out to be a waste, all of you will return immediately.” He ordered.
“Yes, Master.” He bowed his head.
Rigard walked around his desks, approaching Xavier as he raised his head. Xavier stared at his master, tilting her head. “You’ll be assisted by two other Discreet Aids that you’re familiar with. Charlie! Oliver! Get in here!” Xavier turned around, his eyes widened.
Oliver Rule, Rigard’s son, entered the office first. He was slightly younger than Xaiver by a year, dressed in a blueish cloak. He had the same features as Rigard, almost a complete copy of his father, but younger. He had no wrinkles on his face and was clean-shaven where his father had a thick beard that covered the entirety of his lower face and chin.
Oliver moved to the side of the door as Rigard’s other child appeared, a female named Charlie Rule. She had long straight blonde hair that ran down to her waist, curving upward at the edges. She wore a purplish cloak that masked her entire body and, similar to her brother and father, she was straight and lean, evidence of her constant training. She had youthful skin - no blemishes in sight. She walked into the room with long strides, passing Oliver and Xavier, brushing past his shoulder, and kneeling in front of her father. “Morning, Master.”
Rigard grinned. “Get up, kid.” He said. Charlie stood up with a small smile. Her father opened her arms and embraced her tightly. Oliver joined in the hugging, the trio leaving Xavier out. He took a few steps away from them awkwardly.
Rigard released his grip on his children, turning to face Xavier. “Well,” He coughed into his fist. “Let me brief them on the mission.” He turned to his children. “Your target will be Reid, one of Merlin Hell’s disciples. He was sighted in…” Xavier didn’t listen to what his master was saying, his attention focused on Charlie. He was staring at how perfect her tanned skin was, how she paid serious attention to her father’s briefing, and how often she brushed her hair behind her ears. It was a habit of hers, which Xavier knew about by staring at her.
“Ahem!” Xavier snapped back into reality, seeing that everybody was staring at him. He looked at his master, instantly noticing his glare. He glanced at Oliver, who had a smug grin that screamed, Oooh, you’ve been caught.
He shot a glance at Charlie, noticing her blushing. She, however, didn’t look away from him. Her stare was burning into him.
“Well, I hope everybody was paying attention to the briefing,” Rigard said, turning away from Xavier. Xavier rubbed his nape, embarrassed.
“S-S-Sorry… Master.” He sheepishly remarked.
His master snorted before turning around. “Repeat what I said, Xavier.”
“Uh…” Xavier started. “See if Reid is in the capital, if he is then keep an eye on him and if he isn’t then return. Our mission is to get information out of him.” He recounted.
Xavier nodded. “When are we leaving?” He raised an eyebrow, staring at Xavier.
“Uh… We’ll set off… today… ?” Xavier cringed, expecting that he got it incorrect.
Rigard shook his head. “You’re leaving tomorrow, not today. I see that whenever my daughter appears, your mind goes in a daze. A rather inappropriate stare you aim at my daughter. I see a lot of lust in your eyes? Am? I? Wrong?”
Xavier shook his head before lowering it. “I apologize, Master.”
Rigard took in a deep breath before shaking his head disapprovingly. “You’ll set off tomorrow. The trip will take about a month, so you’ll be back by the time Blueway University is up and running.”
Xavier nodded. “Thank you for your consideration, Master.”
Rigard shook his head. “It’s not me being considerate of you. It’s that if you become a knight and become a Public Aide, you’ll have less time to gawk at my daughter.” He raised an eyebrow, almost challenging Xavier to say anything that refuted his comment.
Xavier nodded his head, submitting. “Yes, Master. Thank you.”
Xavier turned around. “Rest up, you’ll need it. Reunite tomorrow at the main gate in time for the carriage. It’ll take you to the capital where you’ll be on your own. Charlie will act as the leader. Are you ready for the position?”
Charlie nodded. “Yes, Master.” She said. “I’ll prove to you that I am the best choice for it.”
Rigard nodded. “Good, now… All of you leave and rest. In a month, you’ll be taking in your first sights of the capital. Unfortunately, it won’t be the first sight Xavier takes of my daughter.” He teased. Xavier grew red as he nodded his head through the embarrassment. Oliver and Charlie stared at him, burning holes in him.
Rigard turned around, facing them. “Go! Don’t disgrace the Aides of the Crown. Complete the mission with your lives intact. That is my final order to you as young recruits!”

Episode Eight "Thrusts"“Thrust forward! Raise the spear high. Don’t break now.” Jane ordered. She was Virginia’s teacher, a young and beautiful Aerial Knight. She was in her late twenties with a youthful face that made her appear as young as Virginia - except her face and height made her look more mature
