 you eat anytime not good breakfast time morning 7 to 9 a.m. afternoon food lunch about 1pm to 3pm night food d dinner 7pm 10 p.m it is recommended for your food time understand your food time.

 

All the time is not recommended for you missing the breakfast time don't worry take fasting drink some liquids juice or soups after you go to lunch time then it eat properly and same time 1 o'clock to 3 o'clock your lunch time is missing don't worry take fasting drink soup and juice enjoy to youth dinner fulfill and night time. I did not recommended for you about junk food at night time just for you take soups and boileld rice soups with green vegtables.

 

understand about your food and take it time to time otherwise your digestive system is not working in properly.

 

morning = ginger 5 gram before breakfast

 

noon  = dry ginger 5 gram before Lunch

 

night =  Guava fruit 2 after dinner
