Since the time when Mike left her she was no longer able to take a clear thought or feeling anything. Vivienne felt empty inside. Vivienne gasping for air. Start moving as she tried, she noticed that she had no control over their coordination.
Without guidance and without a goal, they wandered along the banks of the Hudson River. Vivienne was so engrossed in her thoughts that the sounds and the vividness of the outside world fell silent in their ears and bounced off her. You could argue that she was drugged. When she was finally home, it's already late evening now. Each step into her room she found extremely difficult. Each step they climbed resembled, in their eyes a mountain hike. She managed, however, to her room and fell into bed like a candle. She cried all night purely in her pillow ...
