“Promise me that once it's over, you’ll let me free.”
“Never.”
“You goddamn bastard.”
Jemma was then thrown back into her mind. She felt the energy that had been surging through her mind suddenly disappear. She woke up with the throw-up puddle basking the bottom portion of her face. She moved her eyes around, searching her surroundings. She felt Crevitar’s cold fingers pried off her head and tiptoeing away. But then she felt them return and grab at her arm, using it to turn her around to face him.
Jemma defiantly glared at Crevitar. “W-W-Who the h-hell are you!” She spat.
“I? I am nothing but an angel that despises heaven. A Follower of the True God. You, mortals, can refer to me as Crevitar.” He eloquently spoke, his voice a mixture of the unfamiliar voice and Crevitar’s voice. It was a strange sound that made Jemma’s ears perk up.
“Y-You speak?” She asked.
Crevitar grinned before grabbing her leg. “Chosen One,” He growled, his usual voice returning.
“Wa-Wait! Ahhhhhh!” She screamed out as he began dragging her away from the scene. Crevitar moved slowly, dragging her through glass shards and other debris from the crash; the spear that had appeared out of nowhere was now gone.
Crevitar brought her past Moxie, who was babbling to herself and stuck in a fetal position, and went some distance away before stopping. He turned around, dropping her leg on the ground harshly. He then approached Moxie, crouching down next to her. “Dead?” He asked her,
Moxie glanced up at him, seemingly shaken out of her trance. She hesitated in her response, slightly trembling. After a few tense moments, she delivered her response in a shake of her head.
“Save,” Crevitar grumbled before he lightly tapped her head, sending energy down her spine and then letting it bounce around. As the energy moved, Moxie went through several expressions from happiness, which was brief, to joy to sorrow and everything in between.
“W-What did you do!” Jemma called out to him.
“Save,” He repeated before getting up, turning away from her. He returned to Jemma, picking up her leg and dragging her off. She continued to scream and shout in hopes that someone would save her. Unfortunately, her voice gave out before then.
The crash and mansion, meanwhile, were later discovered and a police investigation was started. The officers surveyed both scenes for clues, finding the littered corpses in the front yard and the car crashed. However, none of the officers could come up with logical reasoning behind the mass death and car crash, though they figured out that the events were linked. None of the officers assigned to the cause could understand the true darkness that swept the mansion and influenced the car. Only a rare few knew.
“W-Where are y-you… t-taking me.” Jemma’s breathing became harsher as Crevitar dragged her in the forest, running her body over branches, thorny bushes, and pebbles that were in their path.
“Site,” Crevitar grumbled in response. “Site.”
“S-Site,” Jemma asked. “W-What…” She painfully gasped for air, catching little bits while most bypassed her body and entered through small holes that formed in her neck after the crash. “... t-the hell i-is that?”
“Site,” Crevitar told her, not giving up any more information. He continued to drag her along, only glancing behind him to stare at Moxie who had joined him. After being flooded with energy, she became glossy-eyed and unresponsive, but, for some strange reason, followed after Crevitar. Crevitar appeared irritated by her presence as if she was disrupting something for him, but he didn’t wave or order her away. He continued to trudge through the forest towards the Site with Moxie limping behind them. Her leg had been bruised during the crash, but not broken like Jemma’s.
They continued forward, moving through the sea of trees unnoticed. The officers noticed a blood trail, but it quickly disappeared once it moved into the grass. They decided to go after the trail as a potential clue, but it would be too late. The Chosen One was moving towards the Site. In hours, everything would be finalized and the fallen angel won’t be an angel any longer. He will be rebirthed.

“I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to get you wrapped up in my problems. I bled on the contract and then summoned him. I brought this monster into this world and gave it a vessel. He began searching for the Chosen One and you were the unfortunate soul. Your friends and acquaintances are dead and I’m the reason behind it.
When my soul is purged from this endless hell, one day from now, I will speak with Satan and ensure your soul and everybody else goes up to heaven. I will atone for my sins if given the chance and… I wished that you can all forgive me. I will make sure Crevitar’s rebirth fails and that everyone is released from his grip.
If I need to die to stop his rebirth, then I will. I will do whatever I have to, to stop his rebirth. Even if it means losing everything I cherish for it. I’ll give my blood, my skin, my dreams. All so we can die.
I won’t come back. This will be the final entry. Next time I’ll meet you all in person, well soul to be specific. I’ll meet you all on the bridge between life and death.
Goodbye.”
