The account of Jackie’s life on Martha’s Vineyard is drawn from interviews with summer and winter residents of the island, including Gus Ben David, director of the Felix Neck Wildlife Sanctuary; Joan Braden; Art Buchwald; David Flanders, Flanders Real Estate; Ralph Graves; Louise Grunwald; Adriana Ignacio; Robert McNamara; I.
