If she was a movie

I would spend eternity

watching every scene.

Empty

She was taught to let go

and let the demons in.

So they came by thousands,

marching through her heart, each taking a piece.

Till there was no more.

nothing left to give.

Your eyes are made of dark crystals, and your mortal

parts remind my feeble soul why we were never meant

to be holy.

Rosas y mentiras

She cries when she misses you

And even at night, she thinks of you.

She knows what you do when you are away.

You lay comfortably in the sheets of another,

and you come home each morning with roses,

and you kiss her with those unfaithful lips.

And for the one-hundredth time, you lie to her

When you tell her she means the world to you.

And for a short while, she believes you.

In absurdity, she tries to see a perfect world with you.

Even when her heart tells her to leave.

Paper Heart

She left me

With only a spot of ink and paper.

So I wrote down my feelings

into words,

chapters and verses.

The birth of bad poetry

from a poet so broken

he made ink from tears,

and words from a paper heart.

Silent Words

Please forgive me for the words I never said.

Words I hoped to tell you but could never find the

courage to say,

and a little more for the times you needed me to act,

I never meant to be so passive.

I always thought I could shout those words,

Like the writer who always knows what to say on

paper but he loses his words,

when he's with you.

Only when he seeks for his word desperately,

do they fade.

And with a stare into your eyes, they become more

silent in peaceful unison

Even when she breaks

she breaks beautifully

I'll forever be indebted to her

For the way she loved me

Precious

Every time I close my eyes

I

See

You

You are now more frequent than a nightmare,

Your beautiful silhouette hunts me in the dark

And your last words are brightly lit in my

hippocampus,

Burning brighter than the sun ever did.

I used to think the world was more beautiful

When I saw it through your eyes

But now with your absence, it became void,

lifeless.

And now an aching dome of emptiness resides in my

heart.

On the places, you used to be.

Has life always been this empty?

Finding Heaven

I don't think I'll ever find

heaven.

I've wandered too deeply

into the dark.

To a place where

the past holds me in

a cage, forever to wander

in solitude,

undeserving of the love you give me.

But If you should ever decide to reach out to me,

I will find a way out of this cage.

My Notes on the extraordinary phenomenon

called Chroma.

The earth

wore her color

In green,

Her smile was bliss with cherry blossom

that flourished ever so brightly

in the sunset.

Her lips were red as roses

and her eyes I watched,

glittered with hazel

as she stares excitedly at the sun.

She was lovely, even the waters rattled

excitedly as they rushed to meet her.

Flowing joyfully beneath her feet.

I could say that the spectacular view of the ocean was

golden, but I watched a girl

dance gracefully around the shore

with true love in her eyes.

She was nothing but beautiful.

October

Today,

I saw a girl walk by in October winds

and a golden sunset

more beautiful than rose petals,

I was torn between heaven

And the dark places between her eyes.

Love Of My Youth

Amor de mi Juventud,

Before the night comes.

Before the darkness takes hold of us.

I'll smile in content

knowing that I loved you

like no one ever did before.

And if we are allowed a little more

time my dear,

I will go on loving you

till the last star fades away.

Flowers beneath the spring

You were born from a falling star

That purple thing across my crestfallen sky

I don't know what to call you

You seem familiar, but yet a stranger

My heart feels nostalgic for you

but yet you do not know me.

In your eyes there's is a feeling of lost between them.

If only I could show you who you are,

It's like our souls could almost touch.

Between these fields of chrysanthemum,

you were the spring and I, your flowers.

He promised to love her beyond the innumerable stars in the

night sky.

Till they were old and senile, uncomprehending of the

world around them and the aches in their bones, but one thing will

always remain, he knew he would always remember the girl with the

beautiful heart.

 And Then There Was Us

I knew you.

You were the truth that lurked within the darkness.

The voice that said, "go I am with you."

And when nobody knew me, you were there.

I wish to hold you now,

until time fades away.

Until nothingness

erases what we were,

and even then I wish

to love you in oblivion.

 I’ll Be There

The warmth of the truth will comfort you my beautiful little bird,

it'll fix your pretty wings

until you can learn to fly again.

And I'll love you as heavily as I can,

through light and darkness,

through stormy rains,

and the plight of winters sorrow.

Through it all, my love will be with you.

Like lights rays streaming down the mornin' sun,

I'll always be there to chase away the darkness.

The Theory Of Love

I

To live peacefully,

to fight for the love

one deserves

remains the purest of pursuits.

You can never be wrong when
