so beautiful.” Lizzie’s voice was choked with emotion. Rick was staring at them with a look so full of longing that Will decided to make it his New Year’s resolution to find him a man of his own.

“Love you.”

Blake’s words cut through his thoughts. He gazed at his lover in wonder. With those words, Blake had just changed their lives. Will could only guess at what else lay in store for them in the future. But as far as Christmas Eve was concerned, Will knew exactly what he wanted to happen.

He wanted to go home and make love to Blake.

Chapter Thirteen

“You didn’t need to do that, you know.”

Blake stirred from the cozy world he’d lost himself in and regarded Will as he lay stretched out in his arms on the sofa. “Hmmm? What do you mean?” He was thoroughly content. Dinner had been a joint effort and it had felt so good, just the two of them, laughing and joking as they prepared the meal. Definitely something Blake could get used to. And now that they were lying together on the sofa, Will sprawled on top of Blake, the thought was even more inviting. The fire burned behind the glass, and the lights from the Christmas tree danced over the walls and ceiling as they reflected off the glittering baubles which adorned it.

“You didn’t have to tell those officers that we’d been together all night.” Will reached up and stroked his cheek with soft fingers. “They’d have worked out I had nothing to do with it once they saw there was no evidence.”

Blake pulled his arms tighter around Will. “I wasn’t thinking straight. All I could see was them dragging you away in handcuffs, and I couldn’t stand it.” He kissed the top of Will’s head lightly. “I had to say something.”

Will twisted in his arms to gaze up at him. “Do you regret it?” He bit at his lower lip.

Blake tugged him until Will’s face hovered above his. “Not for a second.” Will’s pupils dilated and Blake cupped his head to draw him closer, their lips meeting in a gentle kiss. They parted and Blake stared into Will’s eyes. “Love you.” The thrill it gave him to finally say the words.

There was that look on Will’s face, the one from the photo. “Love you, too.” Will kissed him, their lips brushing together sensuously. Will let out a long, drawn-out sigh. “Oh, it’s been so good, staying with you every night this last week. Waking up with you.” He snuggled against Blake, his body warm and familiar.

Blake loved the little contented noises that slipped from Will as he lay in Blake’s arms. “Yeah, I’ve loved having you here.” So much so that it was a wrench each time Will left.

Will kissed the tip of his nose. “Do you know how hard it’s going to be to go back to my little flat for Christmas.” His plaintive sigh tugged at Blake’s heart, which suddenly leaped in his chest as a thought infiltrated his brain and wouldn’t leave.

“Then don’t go. Stay.” Blake’s voice shook slightly.

Will stared down at him, his forehead wrinkling. “You want me to stay for Christmas?”

Blake shook his head. “No, I want you to stay for good.” His heart hammered as he awaited Will’s reaction. Will’s eyes grew large and round, his lips parting.

“You mean it?” The words came out as a whisper.

“With all my heart.” He gazed up into those warm chocolate eyes that he’d come to love so much. “Move in with me.”

Will became so still above him, their eyes locked on each other. Blake felt as though his whole body was tingling with anticipation.

“Yes,” breathed Will, and then he kissed him, the kiss starting out slow and sensual, but with a growing sense of urgency. Blake caught his breath as Will began to slowly unbutton Blake’s dark blue shirt, freeing each button with deliberate care, until at last he pulled aside the garment and began to kiss Blake’s chest, the kisses unhurried as he licked at his warm skin. Blake whimpered as Will caught his nipple between his teeth and tugged gently. He felt Will’s chuckle reverberate against his chest. Will flicked the nipple with his tongue before releasing it.

“Like that?”

“Oh yes. More.” Blake needed.

There was that wry chuckle again. “Greedy. Be patient.” He flicked at it once more, before kissing Blake’s abs, tracing a line over them with his tongue, only to cover his belly with soft kisses.

“You’re doing this on purpose, aren’t you?” Blake gritted out, his breath catching as Will pulled gently at his waistband, bestowing light kisses just above his groin.

Will shifted further down the sofa, until he was resting between Blake’s thighs which spread for him. Will chuckled, his hand slowly caressing Blake’s hard-on which was already pushing against his zipper. “My, we are eager tonight.” His fingers plucked at Blake’s belt, tugging it free of the belt loops and tossing it onto the floor, and then returning to unbutton Blake’s pants. He caught the zipper in his teeth and pulled it slowly, his gaze fixed on Blake.

Blake couldn’t tear his eyes away as Will eased his pants over his hips and then mouthed his dick through the tight black briefs which barely restrained it, already damp with pre-come. “Take them off,” he hissed.

Will let out a low moan and sat upright, tugging eagerly at Blake’s pants, socks and briefs, dropping them into a pile near the sofa before pulling Blake up to remove his shirt. Blake shivered in anticipation as he began to undress his lover, his fingers trembling as he removed every stitch of clothing, until at last Will was naked before him, his skin warm in the firelight. Blake got up from the sofa and taking Will’s hand, led him to the rug where ‘Alec’ had fucked him three months ago. Both men sank down into the thick pile, stretching out on their sides, head to tail. Blake licked at the heavy, thick cock in front
