she realizes there’s no reason to be threatened by Madison.

“She clearly satisfied you.”

“Jesus, baby.” I cringe, knowing this will only put me in deep water, treading to save my life.

“Humor me,” she pleads.

“Madison let me do things to her I’d never done before. Yes, I took her virginity, but she never told me no. It became a game, she and I,” I elaborate, hating myself for it, but knowing damn well Delaney needs to know everything for this to work.

“Okay.” She shrugs, crawling off my lap.

I lunge from the bed and wrap my arms around her waist, yanking her to me. Her heart thumps against my hand that’s flat on her chest. The beat is steady. She’s trying to keep it under control.

“You jealous?” I whisper in her ear.

“Not at all,” she says, spinning in my arms. “Madison is beautiful, so I get it.”

“You get it?” Disbelief courses through me. “What exactly do you get?”

“I get why you’d be into her.” Delaney’s cheeks flush, and she glances away.

“I’m more into you,” I say, changing the subject, but not letting the sordid thoughts I’m having get too far away in my head.

With a tight grip on her waist, I lead us backwards to the bed and poke my finger into her chest, silently instructing her to fall to the mattress. I loom above her, watching her legs squeeze together. She desires a relief she’ll never be able to find on her own.

I grab the hem of my shirt and yank it off, throwing it to the floor.

“You’ll start a fire if you rub ‘em together like that for too long.” I reach down, putting my hand between her knees to caress her soft skin, then ease myself to the mattress until my legs have her trapped, blocking her from moving an inch. “Now, answer me this, Delaney Chambers.” I loosen the knot on my sweatpants, letting them hang on my hips.

Her eyes devour me. “Anything.”

I press my body into hers and place one hand above her head to keep enough space for me to bend down and whisper, “Have you ever been touched by a girl?”

“What?” The single word, laced with fear, anticipation, and confusion, is answer enough.

“But you’d like to,” I guess.

“I mean, I don’t know.” She covers her chest with her hand. If she thinks that’s going to distract me from the flush spreading along her skin, she’s dead wrong. Nothing can shield the truth.

“Close your eyes,” I instruct. When she doesn’t immediately, I nip at her earlobe. “Trust me, baby. Close your eyes.”

They flutter with an intensity I couldn’t explain if I had a million years to link the words together. I ease away from the bed and smile, watching her under my complete control. She trusts me with her body, and that’s not something I take lightly. It’s a fucking gift.

“Women are soft, a perfect counterpart to men. We’re rough, made of edges of broken mirrors. You can see yourself in us, but you aren’t always willing to notice our similarities. You purposefully look away because you’re afraid of the parts we’re both made of.” I pace the small space beside the bed, watching her chest rise and fall with my words. “You’re delicate, and yet, you’re so willing to walk into a room with someone who only knows how to destroy.”

“Breaker.” She says my name like a sinful prayer. I skim my finger over her thighs, dancing my flesh against hers.

“That’s why I’m not surprised you’ve thought about what it would be like to have a girl touch you. You touch yourself, after all.” I move her hand to the apex of her thighs, directing her where to touch. “You know what feels good because it’s a woman’s body. You know every secret spot, your secret spot.”

Delaney runs her finger over her panties. Her legs part, giving her a better angle to pleasure herself.

“Fuck,” I whisper. My hand finds my cock, rubbing from base to tip.

When I can’t take it anymore, I give into temptation. To feel her, taste her. Own her. I drop to my knees and wrap my fingers through the string of her panties and tug them down her body, tortuously slow, watching the white fabric pinch at her skin.

“There isn’t a single thing a man can do for you that a woman can’t. Physically speaking,” I say, smoothing my hands around her ankles and yanking her to the edge of the mattress. “Sit up,” I demand. She obeys, but when her eyes start to open, I place my fingers over them. “Keep your eyes closed, though, baby.”

“What are you trying to prove, Breaker?” Delaney asks.

“Arms up.” I ignore her question. The fabric of my shirt she’s wearing is under my control as I ease it up, pausing right before exposing her nipples. She bites at the tender skin of her lip when I yank it over her head.

I spread her legs farther. Being on my knees puts me in the perfect position to see her pussy glistening with want. There’s nothing stopping me from running my tongue along her perfect slit, but not yet. We’ll both need to be patient.

“A girl’s fingers are soft and gentle. She’ll never touch you in a way you don’t want.”

“Who’s she?”

“Whoever you want her to be.” I climb my fingers up her thighs, trying to be as soft as my harsh hands are capable of. “She’ll probably start here.” I run the pad of my thumb over her clit. Her body bucks in response. “And then, when she knows you’re ready, she won’t be too eager. She’ll slowly slip her finger in you, enough to wake your body up and send sparks flying. Her lips will graze your skin in a way you never expect.” I kiss along her collarbone, mimicking my words. “So soft and demanding.”

“And then what?” Delaney touches my hair, but I take her hand away.

“And then when you think you know what her next move will be—because you practically share a brain—she’ll
