Remains

Whispy baby hairs cling to my face
all I see are tiny little mud colored strings who billow
They outline and trace my sights making things seeem out of place

Eraser remains disappear with a great gust of blows
Gone in an instant but not faster than when the new ones are there
Leaving no reminince on the paper, allowing a new slate, a new chance to change and grow

Humming a soft simple melody
intertwining and colliding with the steady traffic
All thoughts are gone all away just like what happened to the eraser remains

Faded with regret

You seeemed to have faded away
All is gone
It happened a little each day

The actions taken
All good and bad
The things mistaken

I do have a little regret
Everything that happened
but will never see me fret

For some reason

You always say the wrong things at the wrong time
I swear you make me lose my mind
But for some reason I stay by your side

You're as crazy as a nut
You are a jerk at the worst possible moment
You always say the wrong things at the wrong time

Your comebacks come to you ten minutes later
You are not a gentlemen
But for some reason I stay by your side

You never call me first
You're a jerk to my friends
You always say the wrong things at the wrong time

You make me cry
You make me feel like a rainy day
But for some reason I stay by your side

You make all things bright seem dull
But I care about you
You always say the wrongs things at the wrong time
But for some reason I stay by your side

Perfect

I used to think we were perfect
I used to think we were special
But now i can't even recognize your face
Everything has changed
Everything is gone
All I know is a lie
All I know is fake
What made me believe your charm?
your grace?
Everytime I see you
It is like a slap in the face
A plastered smilee always there
But I see the grim trace
I am a new person
You will always stay the same
I hope someone finally puts you in your place
As for me I will be moving at my own pace

Serpant's lie

It’s in our nature
To want, take, and self-serve
To look the other way when it has no concern to you
Dove l’oro parla, ogni lingua tace
When gold speaks, every tongue is silent
We only listen to riches
To its slithering serpent’s tongue
That hisses a sweet little lie
With which we all go along

Leaves throughout the year

The sky just turned gray
The essence has been sucked out
All leafs have cascaded down
The last words taken away
The compass of truth has changed its direction
Turning a new leaf is harder when you don’t know which side you already on

What I know is for you to find out
The world outside is as cheerful as the sky
The truth is written in the clouds
The people outside grasp onto their essence
Words of people all around is music to my ears
All the summer leafs now on the soggy ground

Leafs sprout from trees, a new time has begun
Kids know it is that time of year
Words escaping the blooming blossoms β€œspring, spring!”
There is not a cloud in the sky nor a raindrop on the ground
In the trees, wind, and air the essence of spring resides
Not a lie on the tongues of children just a truthful sneer

Truth be told, I’m sad it’s gone
The leafs crisp to the crunch from the dry summer heat
The sun has evaporated all the essence
Knowing fall is creeping close over joys me to the core
The amber sky boiling with rage
No words about afraid their mouths will dry out

Words finally cascade into the air
The truth is that this is my favorite time of year
But I know winter is to come and ruin all the fun
Gliding on the sidewalk crunching leafs bringing joy to my ears
The sky bright but dreary which I care for so dearly
The essence will always remain at least in my mind

Hoping like a penguin

Exploring a world of sights and smells
A new future and story each one tells
Different views and different styles
Everything that is worth wild
Traveling across the world soaring through the sky
Hoping like a penguin someday I will fly high

Things I wish to say

I wish to say what's on my mind
To tell you off for the very first time
That you can't blame others
For the deed you did is done
There is no going back
There is no rewind
What I wished came true
If you read this
You know this is to you

Willow

Tilting as if seeping into sorrow
Yet bright as her rosy cheeks
Reaching for the ground, reaching for sanity
Stretching out bracing herself for trouble

Bright as her rosy
