I had chosen, shook it, and applied it to my hair. Soon came the dreaded itching that hair dye brings and I got urge after urge to itch my head but I didn't. After 20 minutes of practically dying, my hair was finally ready to be washed out. I used the special conditioner and finished up my hair. I looked awesome by the time I was done brushing and teasing my hair.
After dressing up and what not, I grabbed my skateboard, and decided to go see Lizzy again. My skateboard was like my child, it had been rode so many times you could see where my feet were. I hopped on it and rode down the town as fast as I possibly could, swerving around corners without falling or missing once. Once I got there, I rushed through the hospital doors and walked up to the front desk. "I'm here to see Lizzy Danielle, please." The lady looked at me and looked back down at the visit list. "Okay, what's your name then?" I smiled "Jake Grant" I said, looking over for a second. "Room 65" she said, pointing in the direction of the room. I grabbed my skateboard and walked down the hallway until I saw the number 65 printed in bold, black letters on a door. I slowly opened the door and peeked inside, she was wide awake. "Hello sunshine" I said happily. "Don't call me that...." she said, looking up sadly.
I smiled and walked up to her bed and sat down on it. "So how are you feeling?" I asked "Like crap..." she muttered. I laughed and grabbed her hand "Don't worry! Everyone has had their share of hospital visits." I looked at her hand and found in horror, that it was covered in scars. "What happened?" I asked, kind of freaking out suddenly. "I-I cut." She said, a tear threatening to come out of her eye. I looked at her and pulled up my sleeve. She stared in utter terror and started tracing the little silver-and-red lines with her finger. "How did you get them to direct their attention away from your arm?" I asked. "The rose bush excuse" she said, a small chuckle escaped her lips.
(Sorry guys, I've been having issues a lot lately, and my heart has been acting up for some weird reason... so sorry I made a promise that I couldn't keep... :( )
