Then he merely rose and climbed out of my window. I looked out and say him sprint down the street to his house. I climbed under the sheets and slowly sleep crept upon me, I drifted into dreams...
~Morning~
every new day starts where the last left off...
I woke up; I had slept well last night. I stretched and rose out of bed. I had school today, I was no longer banned. I took a shower and went to my dresser holding my towel securely onto me. I fumbled through my shirts drawer, looking for a shirt. I chose an electric yellow shirt, with one sleeve draping over one shoulder, my other shoulder bare. It was tight fitting and ended right below my belly button, showing a perfect amount of skin. I then searched the confines of my pants drawer, finding cutoff shorts that just covered my backside then went fraying over my skin an inch. All in all, I was hot today, showing off my tan.
I threw my hair into a tight ponytail, gelling it back. I then twisted and turned pieces of hair into a messy bun, securing it with another hair band. I looked at the clock, crap. I might be late. I ran downstairs grabbing a piece of untoasted bread. My feet carry me through the door and to the street, I pounded on the door to the bus and when it opened I walked in. Two seats left, Peter or Drake. Of course I had to play along with my trick, so I chose Peter. Drake tapped the seat next to him, I shook my head no and his eyes grew wide as I sat next to Peter.
When the bus stopped I got out and went to my first class, before I could enter the door I stopped. I turned around and my jaw hung open, what had I done!
Drake threw a punch, landing it right in Peter's middle. Peter punched Drake in the nose, waiting seconds before blood spurted. "Leave. My. Trix. Alone." They screamed at the same time. I ran into my class, wanting to disappear. I heard the scrape of the chair next to me a little later during class. I peeked a glance over and hissed in a breath. "Peter did this to you." I whispered furiously. "Not that you would care, Trixie." He said oddly, his nose was broken and he was holding it with a paper towel. "Drake, it was all a lie. I don't like Peter, I like you. I'm so, so sorry, Drake." I said, pleading. "Trix." was all he said. But there was hope, he had said my nickname.
After school I saw Drake leaning against the building, he waved me over. "Hey, Dr-." was all I could say before his lips crushed mine, his arms wrapping around my waist. I threw my hands over his shoulders and we kissed for a long time. People stared, we ignored. Peter came over but we ignored him too, eventually he left. After a while we drew apart he walked me home, and we talked about school and us and homework, and then when we were at my house we both apologized for our behavior.
