a friend? Aki yawned again and looked around. None of the lights were off and the only light you could see was comeing from outside either from flashlights, stars, or lightning.
Aki thought that she should get changed into her pajamas, so she went and grabbed her own PJs that she brought. After she got changed, very quietly so that not evena girl peeping in could hear, she sat down in her bed. Aki opened a bag of fruit gummis that she had brought if she had ever missed a meal. Then she noticed someone in the desk across from hers, she noticed the book she was reading...It was the same book Riko-chan was reading at the library! But Riko checked it out! Did this person hurt Aki’s friend? Lightning flashed revealing the hair color of the girl...light pink. Did this mean...

β€œRiko-chan, your my room mate?” Chapter 3

Oh, Hi Roomie!

Riko barely heard the other girl stir, until she spoke. Startled, she jumped in her seat but relaxed as she realized it was only Aki waking up.
"Yes!" She answered with a bright grin, standing up and putting her hands together. "I'm glad to finally meet my room mate, and I'm glad it's you!"
"Um..," she looked thoughtfully at the bag of gummi bears. Her voice dropped low as if someone would hear her, "You brought snacks into the dorms?"
That was against the rules wasn't it? Even so Riko suddenly filled with an anxious excitement. Aki was fearless! She was proud to have such a person in her dorm.
She shook her head, smiling again, as if to dismiss anything she was about to say. She skipped to her friend's sid and sat beside her on the small bed.
"I was going to take a bath after dinner at the bathhouse, but there'd be no point. Getting all warm and clean in the bath just to freeze in the storm as I walked back here. I guess I'll do it in the morning. What about you? Maybe you'd want to come?"

"In the mean time, what should be do? Curfew isn't for a few hours, but it's raining outside." As she spoke, she hopped up again to turn on the overhead light. Though she was sure the power would go out soon if the storm got any worse. She was ready to get out of her uniform and opened the small closet on her side of the room to retirve her school-issued pajamas. A long white old-fashioned, floor,-length nightgown with ruffles around the wrists and bottom hem and changed. She hung her uniform on special hanger on the wall, so it hung almost like a decorative piece. When she was finished, she eyed Aki's candy. Rin wasn't sure if she'd ever really had a gummy bear before, sweets were always more refined where she was from and she was sure a gummy bear would taste way better than tiramisu, she was just too shy to ask for one.

Aki smiled, happy that Riko was so happy Aki was there! β€œIm pleased that your happy for me to be here...” And she looked at Riko. To answer the pinkette’s question, she said,”  Hmm...A nice warm bath would be relaxing, Dont you think? And afterwords we could skip mass and go to the city.” Aki said jokeingly. She was very exited so her tone probably sounded more serious than jokeing, but Aki would go to the city with Riko any day.

β€œWould you like to play a board game? I brought some that are my favorite’s and I was hopeing my room mate would like, and I also have snacks.” Speaking of snakc she noticed Riko eyeing the gummi bears. Chuckling, Aki picked up another bag and handed it to Riko. β€œWant one?”
