Ida glanced at the product again and said, " one month, perhaps."
Β
"Why don't you mention one year? She asked and then face Alta who was a distance away, she said in a loud voice, "I thought you said this woman is skilled in sales and marketing?"
Β
"Yes, ma," Alta approached them quickly.
Β
"Then why is she mocking me?" Janie said in a loud voice, "she said it will take her a year to sell my product."
Β
Alta was stunned," Ida, why would you say such? Is it not better to deny politely than to say such?"
Β
Everyone in the hall heard what Janie said and many of them already nailed Ida in their heart for such statement. Why would she say such to a client? Saying that it will take her a year to sell a product is truly a sarcastic insult.
Β
"I thought that woman is easygoing, why is she been hard on a client?" A staff asked another.
Β
"She may be rude, we can't really tell," the other said back.
Β
"I never said it will take me a year to sell it, I said it will take me a month and that's because of the low demand of this product in the market," Ida said.
Β
"What! So you mean I'm lying?" Janie's voice became louder, "It's no wonder your husband divorced you for cheating on him five years ago."
