then I walked and I saw a White, tall, skinny, blonde woman waving her hand to me, she was well dressed, her clothes looked really expensive, her hair was long, plus perfect , it seemed she went to the hair salon every day, her eyes was blue, really intense, it was like I have sawn that eyes before, her skin was white as snow, but she does knew how to treat it, because everything about her was stunning from the top of her head to the soles of her feet, She looked 40, but I looked crap by her side.
“Hi, you must be Katherine, come on in, and please”- she said pointing to the door–“Take a seat”- she said while I was putting my bag on the floor, I sat –“My name is Ellen Blairdouf, I live here with my husband Adam Blairdouf and my two kids, one is a boy called Aaron, he is 5 and the other one is Lilith, she is 7, Christopher told me that you wanted to come to this job interview, so tell me a little bit about you, where you are from, family, I want to know about you. ”-She said, staring at me, I felt so insecure to answer all those questions, my personal life was a completely mess-“Well, My name is Katherine Glover, I’m 18 years old, I came from South Dakota, it has been 2 days that I’m in LA, my mom and dad are in my hometown, they’re divorced, I used to babysit when I was in high school, I tried to go to the Georgetown College, but they didn’t accept me, now I’m here in L.A”- I said fearing of what she would think of me-“What did it make you to come to L.A?” – “I would stay in my best friend’s house, I wanted to start a life here, because I don’t really like my hometown, I felt overwhelmed, I want to pursue my dreams here”-I said trembling, I was really nervous – “Ok, Katherine, I think I already know enough, I need your id, license, every papers you brought, cause I need to check somethings, Is that ok ?”-she said “It is ok.”- I said, opening my bag to hand her the papers.
After 10 minutes she came back and said –“Congratulations! You are our new nanny, you start tomorrow, but I’d rather you to bring your things here today, as you know it is a full time job, I’m gonna need you 24/7”-“Thanks, Mrs. Blairdouf, I’m gonna do everything I’m told, excuse me”. I took all of my papers and went back to the hotel I was staying, I packed all my stuff which the most of them were all over the floor and bed, I couldn’t understand how disorganized person I was, but this would change, my job would make me to change some bad habits.

 

Christopher

 

I met her, she was crying in that restaurant, it just made me feel really bad for her, she was so beautiful, but also so sad, she stopped crying, but still that sad eyes remained, she dried her face in an attempt to make that no one realized her weakness, but I was staring at her since she sat in her table, I knew I need to do something to make her feel happy, I couldn’t see her that way, even though I didn’t know her, I wanted to help, so I decided to approach and give her some comforting words just to make her day happier and take her away from all that sadness she was deepened with in, I sat and I started talking to her, I told her somethings I’ve learned with my Grandpa that really helped me some years ago, now I would tell her and try to help, when we stopped talking she looked better, not happy, but better.
I called Rosa and she told me that Katherine would stay with us, one more employee to make us company in that big house, I was working there since I was 22, now I’m 24 and I’m still there, I wanted to go to college, but everything is so messed up, I need to take care of my youngest sister, because my mom works a lot, they also need my money, I would never leave them over college, even though this is important to me.
I was parking the car in the garage when I saw her walking really fast going to the main door, I went out of the car and reached her by running, and I touched her shoulder and said-“Hey Kath, welcome!”- “Thanks Christopher, I needed to thank you for telling me about this job, earlier in the restaurant you were an angel, I’m so grateful”-she said, looking inside my eyes- “You are welcome, do you need help with your suitcases?”-“Nah, it is fine, thanks again”-“No problem, I need to go back, see you around”- I said leaving her right after that.

 

Alexander

I woke up dizzy, i had tto much to drink last night, i had no clue of what i had done last night, i just knew that my boss would freak which is my father, i hate working with him, he is too bossy and the most of times we do not agree, i wouldnt go to work anyways, i would stay and rest for some moment, my head was about to explode and i just needed darkness, only darkness could heal me. After some minutes i started to think about the girl who kiss i've stolen in the beach... She was hot, but she turn down all of my attempts, i guess she wanted something serious, she didnt want to party or didnt like booty calls, i was lost in my thoughts when my cellphone started buzzing, it was my father, DAMN IT! I just wanted some darkness and peace, but he wouldnt let me have some peace. -"Hello"- i said with a bad mood- "ALEXANDER, where are you, i cant believe you're not here, i need you here NOW, understand? I gave you a responsability and you cant take it, i think i've spoiled you a lot, that's why you are such a lazy person"- he was mad as fuck and i couldnt do anything, i didnt have any will to go to the company today.-"I cant go, calm your nerves, stop screaming, my head is about to explode"-"OH, your not coming, then forget about your one week off that youre gonna have in two months, you will double work for me, i dont want to hear excuses or your voice "-he finished the call not allowing me to protest, HELL! He used to put so many burdens on my shoulders i was really tired of all this, and i was reconsidering in quit, actually i shouldnt even been thinking about it, or he would kill me, or inherit me, i knew what he was capable of.

CHAPTER 4

KATHERINE 

I never knew i would be treated so meanless by my best friend Trisha, maybe it was my fault i came without notice and she had her life, i decided i would call her to apologize, but i was still hurt, evn though i was happy that everything was flowing to the right way. I had a list of obligations, i would even help the maid when the kids were gone at school, my job journey wasnt easy, but i was ready to do it. I got up and took a bath and brushed my teeth, i decided to go outside before waking up the kids, there he was, Chistopher arranging everything to take my bosses to work, he saw me and he waved i smiled and nod my head, i came in and Ellen came with the school Adress and told me i would drive the extra car they had for emergencies, Rosa used to use that one to go shopping fruits and stuff they needed in the house, i took the key -"Be safe, take them to school, ah, You need to prepare their lunch ok? See you later" - then she walked to the main door. I decided to prepare the lunch for the kids, Rosa came and helped with the breakfeast, she was helpful anytime , she was the maid there since the kids were born. I went upstairs to wake them up, i got in their room, but they wasnt there, WHERE COULD THEM POSSIBLY GO? I heard some laughings in the next door which was the bathroom, i knocked the door and came in, they were brushing their teeth, they were so playful.... -"Kids, it is time for breakfest, but first i need you to get dressed" -"I wanna go with my Pajamas"- said Lilith looking to the mirror -Before i could said anything Aaron protested -"You can't go out in Pajamas, You dummie"- I wanted to laugh, but i couldnt-"Don't say that, Aaron, She is your little sister, you should be caring and not saying these things"- He ran to the bathroom, i finished their lunch and went back upstairs, they were ready to school, so drive them safely, i used my celphone GPS it was awful, but i drove safelly to their school, it was a private one, so big and fancy cars, i could see that everything would be different of what i got back then in my small town .... "No running, wait for me!"- Aaron was running already-"I didnt know you like that much of school!"-"They like their friends"-Said a woman, she was a little bit taller than me, and hispanic, she had a long straight hair-"I bet they do"-i said-"My name is Jessica, i'm a nanny, by the way you look you are too"-"Oh yeah, im a full time nanny, haha, my name is Katherine, but call me Kath"-"Ok Kath, nice too meet you, how long you are with the Blairdoufs"- How does she know that? - "Not long, i better get going!"- i was scared, she was sorrounding me to get some information maybe? - "Sorry, i didnt mean to scare you, i just worked in their house once the kids were just little babies. Be careful!" - "What? What are you talking about?"- i was so curious and isecure - "Im just saying.. See you around" - she got in her car and went away. Why is that woman saying all those things? It came a lot of thoughts in my head, that was a weird moment..."WHO COULD POSSIBLY SAY 'I'M JUST SAYING', I MEAN THIS IS SERIOUS" - I was scared but i couldnt do anything about it, simply keep my eyes wide open, may i shoudnt believe in that woman anyway, she coulb be a psycho, i dont know, but maybe she is telling the truth.
