I Dare You by Jessica Pham (best ereader for academics .TXT) π
Excerpt from the book:
Kayla was rich. Not filthy stinking rich, but rich. She had a normal life, and everything a girl would want. Good grades, a best friend, money, and lots of friends. Her mother and father are barely home, so she could do whatever she wants.
One night, during a casual game of Truth or Dare, her friends dared her and her best friend, Mike, to stay in the forest behind her mansion for the whole night.
Thatβs when everything gets weird. Kidnapping biker dudes, zombies, and oh, did I mention strange superpowers?
And it all started with those three words, βI dare you.β

the loud squeal. The car bumped me a little and I stumbled back, falling on my butt.
The driver swung the door open and ran to the front of the car where I was. He looked a few years older than me. He has black hair that reached just below his eyes, which were emerald green. βIβm so sorry! There wasnβt anyone in the road so I sped! Are you okay? Did I hit you?β he said frantically. βChill, man. Iβm alright.β I laughed and brushed myself off. He blew out a breath of relief. βThank goodness.β He said. βIβm Ryan by the way.β He stuck his arm out for a handshake. βIβm Kayla, and this is Mike. Nice to meet you!β I said.
