I must have fainted, for when I saw him again, he was lying by my side with his clothes on and, smiling, “This is the true Dominique,” he said with a slight tremor in his voice. “You have all the time to decide whether you still want me.”
I've given myself a full year. During this time I've gone out with half-a-dozen men, trying to block him out of my mind. We've abided by the promise and we did manage to avoid each other. - It's been horrendous. DOMINIQUE: The television interview was Moira’s idea. She was right: one battle was not enough; we had to square up with our environment. People don't leave you in peace unless you force them to.
