I was about to say something more but he held my waist and pulled me into a kiss. My eyes were wide open as I tried to process how quick things were.

Lub dub lub dub lub dub...

It was just a simple kiss with no tongues involved but I could feel something awaken from within me. After a few seconds, he pulled away and leaned his forehead against mine.

“You are never going to leave me again, Schatz...” He said in a husky bedroom voice. “I won’t allow you.” He added before once again sealing the distance between our lips.

At first, I tried to break away by pushing his chest but in the end, I just found myself responding, allowing myself to get drunk with his kisses.

Lub dub lub dub lub dub...

Why does this man have such an effect on me?
And why the heck is my heart racing fast again?
