Santa Claus was about to start his journey across the world. He had his suit on, boots as well and one of the elves was supposed to be getting the reindeer ready. Was Elfis doing that? No. Anyway, when Santa came out, he stopped dead in his tracks. "What is going on?" he bellowed. "And where is the sley?" Santa looked confused. One of the elves signaled to the others to move out, when they did, every one of the elves was holding a sign that said,"we won't go to work!" or this,"We're on strike!" Santa was very surprised, even though he knew it would happen one day or another.
And that's the tale of how Santa Claus ended... NOT REALLY! Santa fired all of the elves and he began to call out the reindeer,"On dasher, on Dancer, on Prancer and Vixen, on Comet, on Cupid, on Donner, on Blitzen, and last, but certainly not least... RUDOLPH! Santa grabbed his toy bag (which was MUCH heavier than he'd remembered)and set off into the night. When he made his first stop, he reached into his toy bag, and instead of a toy, out popped a baby elf! The elf said in a high squeaky voice,"Don't forget about me Santa! I still love you! My mommy and daddy left me here when they went on strike!"Well, I guess it's just you and me now, little buddy! And I love you, too!"
