im about to have my baby in 2minutes im pushing and beads of sweat are streaming down my head the doctors say they cant see the head yet so i need to push harder
Joe is standing next to me holding my hands tighltley as i scream in pain
my stepmother Jane is sitting in the chair in the corner of the room watching me , smiling

Finally the doctors can see the head i can hear a cry the babies out its a girl i want to call her Joyce but before i can my stepmother takes hold of her

S-mum: her names Renee


i cant belive shes naming the baby for me even joe looks shocked she wont let either one of us hold her shes just sitting in the chair singing to MY BABY

Finally i was alowed to hold and feed my baby it was to late to rename her now so she was called Renee even though i Loath thats name.

The next day i bring her home and lay her in her new cot

Joe: shes beautiful , like a little mirricle

Ellie: I just want to hold her forever and never let her go

S-mum: thats to bad because thats not possiable anymore


We turned around and there was my stepmother holding a piece of A4 paper

S-mum: read this

she hands us the paper and we slowely read through it

Joe: this is disgusting

Ellie: you want us to give away OUR BABY to you

S-mum: you to are only 17 you cant look after a child , plus social servises think i should look after her instead

Joe; well wish on Jane because our babies staying with us

S-mum: thats what you think , have the babies things packed by tomorow afternoon im coming to pick her up then


the next afternoon we were in tears as we watched my stepmother take our baby along with all its belongings and leave

i couldent sleep that night and kept running to the toilets to be sick

Ellie: (crying) why would she do this to us Joe

Joe: because shes a mean and heartless COW

I try to hold in all my tears and anger but i cant i start smashing up the bathroom tearing down the shower curtins and knocking the china crabs to the ground

Joe: please Ellie , stop it

I stop for Joe he hugs me tightley not letting me go

Joe: well go to court and talk to them about this ok

Ellie: you promise

Joe: i promise

the next day we went down to the court house

Judge: i guess we could fit you in for a case tomorow with your stepmum and the baby

Ellie: oh thankyou Judge we are forever in your will

Judge: Dont thank me yet i still have to deside if your stepmum keeps the baby or not and you never know i could say she can

Joe: we understand your houner thankyou for your help


Back at home i couldnt think .. i just sat on the sofa locked up from the rest of the world Joe tried speaking to me a thew times but i wasnt listening and had no idea what he was saying but soon he came and comfited me by strocking my long blonde hair and telling me everything was going to be all right

The next day we were in court My stepmother was first to speak in the box

S-mum: I just think the baby is better of with me ... i know what its like to be a pearont but they dont, theyre only young and shouldnt let their lives go to waits by having to put up with a baby


she carried on talking her stupied talk and 3 times i ran up to her and tried to punch her HARD in the face but the police men always manajed to restrain me.

In the end my stepmother ended up going back home with the baby, our next case was in a week time and during that time i wasnt alowed to make any contact with my stepmother which meaned no contact with my baby
