to have her since my son and that baby was born on the same day. She said that it should be ok, just as long as no one finds out. I was so happy that I told her to bring me the baby as soon as possible. She did and I named her Peace Angel Williams. I was told that her real mother's name is..." He stopped reading.

"Why did you stop? Who is her real mother?" I asked.

"It just cut off right there. It doesn't say who it is, but I'm guessing that this is a good start. Then it jumps to were we use to live."

"Do you think that your mother could of left something there that might lead us to who Peace's real mother is?"

"I don't know, but it won't hurt to look."

"I can't believe that she really isn't your sister."

"It doesn't matter if we are related by blood or not, she is my sister." I smiled at him. I'm so glad that he says that she is still his sister no matter what. I thought to myself. As we walked down I couldn't get Peace out of my mind. Zane called a cab and it took the cab about five minutes to get here. I went out the door and Zane came out behind me locking the door. "Where do you want to do?" The cabbie asked.

"Can you take us to 645 Ashland St?"

"Yeah, sure thing." The cabbie took off. We road all the way there in complete silence. I really didn't like it cause I had a million questions in my head that I wanted to ask Zane, but I didn't think he was up to any questions right now. I think all he as on his mind is his sister and the news he just found out.

Thank god we are finally here. I thought to myself. We got out of the cab and walked up to the door and on the door there was a sign that said 'KEEP OUT!'

and at the bottom of the sign was a signature. It said: Ms. Carrie Trotter. Zane tried the door handle and the door just swung right open. It was dark and really creepy looking inside. Zane started walking in and I had a second thought about going in.

Zane looked back at me and held out his hand. I grabbed it and went in after him. We walked around down stairs and found nothing, so we headed up stairs. We found Peace in her old room. As soon as Peace seen us she ran over and hugged us both and we hugged her back. "We have been so worried about you, Sweetie. I said.

"I know, I'm sorry. I really didn't mean to make you worry, but I met my mommy. Do you want to meet her?" She said.

"Yes, we would love to meet your mother."

"Mommy come here. Zane and Leara are here." Peace yelled out the door, and the person that walked in was my Aunt Carrie.

"This is my mommy. I didn't know that until she told me the second day I was here with her."

"Hi, Aunt Carrie. How are you?" I asked.

"I'm fine and yourself?" She said.

"I'm good. Why did you tell Peace that you were her mother?"

"Becuse, I am her mother. I had her on June twenty-eighth, but back then I didn't want her, so I gave her up to a woman that lost her son. Then I just found out that I gave her to Cici Williams, so I knew were to find her. I have been looking for her for the past six years."

"Why did you start looking for her when she was three?"

"Because I found out that I have cancer and the doctors tried everything on me, but it did nothing. Today is my last day before I die." Carrie started crying and so did Peace. I walked over to her and gave her a hug and held her. "I'm sorry that I took her, but I really wanted to see her before I died. The reason why I gave her up was becuse I knew that I couldn't take care of her back then."

"I'm so sorry to here that, but you really should of just asked. I'm sure Zane would let you see her." I said while walking over to her to give her a hug.

"I'm sorry againg." She said with tears in her eyes. "God, you look so much like your mother. You have such pretty long black hair and why did you put blue highlights in? I've always envied your mother because of her smokey gray eyes and now you have them too." She said while stroking my hair.

"Mom and I never really got along, so when I was seventeen I ran away. Tonight was the first night I talked to her."

"Oh, I'm sorry my dear." She walked over to Zane and looked him in the face.

"Zane, you look so much like you dad. You're so well built" She said as she patted his face.

"Thanks, Carrie." He answered her.

"I must go lay down now. I think my time is up. Please take her out of here before I'm gone from this world." Pointing at Peace. I noded my head and went to go grab her, but she ran right after Carrie into her room. I ran after Peace to stop her from what she was about to see, but I was too late. She was in Carrie's room shaking her but she would not move. I walked over to Peace.

"That's enough Peace. She's gone. Stop!" I yelled at her as I grabbed her. She started cring again and hide her face in my chest. I stroked her hair as Zane walks in.

"I have called the cops and told them that we found her. I also told them to come here and get Carrie." He told me.

"You did tell them that she is no longer part of this world. Didn't you?" I aske him.

"Yes, I did. Come on, lets get Peace out of here."

"Ok." I picked her up. As we left the house I was thinking. I'm glad to have Peace back, but I'm so very sorry that my Aunt Carrie died.

We walked home, cause I thought fresh air would do us some good and hopfully calme Peace down. It did, she was asleep by the time we got home. I walked up stairs and put her to bed. Zane handed me Sally, I tucked her in right besides Peace.

A week later we had a funeral for Carrie. She was my aunt and Peace's mother. I invited my mother to it, since she was Carrie's older sister. She was not as bad as she use to be. When it was over we went home and went to bed. After that we never looked back or talked about it again, because if we did that would put Peace into a very depressed mood. Peace slept with us for about six months after Carrie died.
