"No!" I yelled, letting my breath out. Ian cast his spell, letting this world rot. Seeing the portal, I run in it, going back to my homeworld, Everblossom City. Before I entered the portal, I heard his laugh. His hood covered his identity, his mouth probably bloody from the fire he set to the, "Last Realm". I let him get away with this. I let him do it. If my father would let me do this earlier..
((FLASHBACK))
"Today is your 13th birthday, Harmony!" My dad, King Whisp, told me. "We have a special surprise!" "Is mommy coming back to life?" I said, excitedly. He gave me a look like I'm skivvy. "Unfortunately...no." dad said, turning his eyes to the floor. I ruined my own birthday already.
He turned his smile back on, handing me a big box! It was pink with yellow wrapping around it. I snatched it out of my father's hands. it was as big as a poster! I grinned, wondering what is inside it. Is it those Archer Training Swords? I wanted to sword fight and protect my land! My father thought it was weird since I'm the, "princess"." Even the r irks have to save the world," I would say, crossing my arms. He would laugh and apologize. I'd nod, giving a look saying, "I'll truly save this world if I risk my life". My father won't believe in me.
"Don't daydream, Harmony, open it!" Father said. I sigh, looking down at it. I don't think the sword is that big. "Alright." I say, family looking pleased. My hands touch the red wrapping, it feels hard. I put my hand on the bow on the big box. Tearing it off, the wrapping drops down, and I could see half the box. Tearing the rest of the wrapping, I had to open the box. I put my hand on the lid, taking it off. In there, was a big bracelet! "This bracelet this big?" I say, about to laugh. "It was too big, so it's a necklace." Dad said. "Look closely."
The necklace bracelet had a Q on it. "Does this mean queen?" I ask, looking back down. "Yes, but it will remind you of your mother, and one day, YOU will become queen." My father said, plastering a big smile on his face. I smile back, putting it on. It somehow fit over my head, onto my neck. It had gold and silver on it, with a golden circle with a Q on it. I'll remember, it meant queen.
"I love it!" I say, hugging my father. "Your welcome." He said. "We have an even BIGGER surprise for you!" Father said, running into his dorm. Now was it the sword? He came in with another box. It looked as big as the sword! I grabbed it, tearing the bow and paper. I sighed. It was a fake tiara. A big box with something so little like this. He must not believe in me at all. Like I knew he never would.
"It's okay." I say. "You don't believe in me." I tear up, wishing my father would believe in me. "I have something else." He said, looking at me with a, "Like it or give it back", look. I sigh. "Thanks..I love it." I say sarcastically. This is not one of the best birthdays.
"I have been begging for the sword ever since I was 9. I'm 13. Can't you believe in me?!" I yell, running into my room. That escalated quickly.
Nobody believes in me.

Just then, father came in. "Harmony."
"What."
"I got you something!"
