Chapter One

I'm somebody you would never think or create. I am your worst nightmare or you can prefer me as your angle, sent from hell. But let me tell you one thing, do not get in my way. I stared out when I was young, a little girl, with a family. Happy. Nothing was wrong until that one day I found my destiny calling, I found my power. No, this is not a story where every one has powers or become a super hero, it was just me, a frighten little girl, going fast as the speed of light. I was too scared to tell anybody. As I was growing up my younger brother and sisters started looking older than me. Each picture, same. Over the years they passed away. Then I was all alone.

But that was then. I thought as I looked across the bar minding my own business. I heard a man's thoughts. He was looking at me, I knew it because I could see myself through his eyes. He wanted to take me away and lure me into a dark valley, to rape me and then kill me. But if he tries, he'll never have a chance. In my black stiletto boots is one of my favorite army knife. Under my black coat are three pistols. One on each sides, and one behind my neck. I got up, walked out into the cold dark night and walked a couple yards until I heard the man following me. This should be good I thought.

I walked down an alleyway to make it fun and I heard his heart accelerating. I slowed my pace, and he jogged towards me as I reached the dead end. "Shoot." I murmured, acting like I was lost. I turned around and finally looked into the eyes of the man.

"Hey sweetheart, what are you out this late?" He was planning.

 "Why should you ask?"

"Just wondering." He shrugged, My gause bothering him.

" Well I guess it's the same reason that your here sir." I gave him a sweet smile and batted my eyes.

"Yeah, I doubt it." He said amused. He took a step closer, and I did the same. He was surprised at the movement, but he said, "Do you have an idea why I'm here?"

"Yes," I paused, "But I was gonna do the same." With my speed of light I moved behind him, and as he finally realized I was gone, I whispered in his ear, "To kill you."  Goosebumps and hair rose from the back of his neck. As he jerked his hand for his knife, I took his arm and flung him into a wall, ripping it off. "You shouldn't of messed with me." I took his head between my hands and snapped it. I felt his body go limp as I let go of his head. Wiped my hands on my jacket and walked out of the alley.

Chapter Two

The sky finally stopped raining when I reached my house. Noise's and movement caught my attention. All of my senses went off at once, this wasn't good. I expanded my mind into my home and found his mind. No, their minds, there's three of them. The first one one I found was the mastermind of the Breaking and Entering. The second one just wanted the money for her drugs, and the third one never wanted to do this. I'll kill the first two and leave the last for questioning.

I walked in making loud noises, to let them know someone's here. Their hearts stopped. I walked into the living room sat down on the couch, and let out a big sigh. Then, I walked up the stairs to my bedroom where the first guy is. As soon as I shut the door, hes behind me with a gun on my back.

 "Don't move." He sneered.

"Why?" I asked calmly. The simplicity of the question bothered him.

  "Because I'll shoot."

"You have a weapon?" I asked "I have one too...actually four." I took out my knife in a snap, and slit his throat behind me without looking. "One down," I said with a pause while he hits the floor, "One to go." The girl is in my computer room, grabbing every thing she can get her hands on. She's not aware of my presents as I'm right behind her. "I bet you have a nice family." I said as she drops one of my monitors.

 "How did you-?"

"How did I what? Come into my own house to see it being robed? Or walk into my bedroom, with a man on my back? which is dead by the way." I hissed the last part.

She held back a scream as she droped the bag which had myitems. I heard and unsatisfying crunch and shatter.

"After I'm done with you, I'll go to your family and make them scream."

Frighting shock fills her face, "Please-"

In a flash I'm right behind her "Don't?" I finish her line, which ticked her off.

"Go to hell!" She snaps at me.

"I did," I said back, "and they kicked me out." I killed her with my eyes closed. "Shoot," I said "What am I gonna do with all the bodies?" But that was the least of my problems...for the moment. I stopped mid-step. Why is he in my bathroom?

As soon as I walk in he's talking.

"Please! I didn't want to do this in the first place! I had to, they were gonna say I chickened out, I was just about to run out the door, leaving them, when I saw you pulling in, so I ran in here-"

"Their dead." I said intruding in his one person conversation.

 That stopped him. "W-what?"

"I said there dead, I killed them, they were getting cocky and annoying, and if you don't stop, you will be too."

He just looked at me. All emotion wiped across his face. With his blue eyes on me. "Damn." He said and sat down on the toliet.

A little weird feeling squirmed inside of me. He had little things about him that I noticed. How his jaw formed at an sharp angle, the slight dimples he had. He was gorgeous. I cant figure out why my mind is set on it, but he got something in him that re-min's me of...me, but in a guy type of way, and way more human.

 What am I doing?

"What's your name?" I asked, breaking the awkward silence.

"Matthew, but people call me Matt."

"Okay Matt, now how old are you?"

"21, in collage, learning how to be a mechanic." He ran his fingers through his dark blond hair. I was chewing on my lip, imagining what he would look like with his shirt off until he said, "What are you gonna do with me?" He asked.

"Huh? oh right," I'm so stupid, "What?"

"What are you gonna do with me?" He said again. Blue eyes burring into mine.

"I'm gonna ask you a few questions, oh, and whatever you do, don't look in my bedroom or my computer room."

 "Oh, God."

We moved into the living room, he sat the farthest away from me, he doesn't want to get killed.

"What are you thinking of?" I asked him.

"Trying not to get killed for the first part." He said.

"No that's not it, there's something your thinking, or you were thinking that's bothering you."

 "How do you know?"

 "Don't ask." I snapped.

"Okay." He said happily, trying not to push my buttons.

 "Start talking."

 "Well... It's personal."

"Who am I to judge?"

He looked at me, "Right," he said awkwardly. "Why do you want to know though?"

"Because It's bothering me...not knowing." I said lamely.

 "Okayyy." He said confused.

"Now, I answered your question, so answer mine."

"My parents died." He said looking down.

Well that shocked me. "How did they die?"

"My dad went missing; today, cops found his body in an ally, didn't find out until after my mom went suicidal." A second of silence.

 "What was your father's name?"

 "Ben."

It was the man I killed! "Has he ever been in trouble with the police?"

 "Yeah I guess."

 "Why?" I urged.

"They wouldn't tell me." It was all my fault, If I hadn't killed his dad, his parents would still be alive. "Now," He said, "My questions."

"Okay," I responded "But the only ones I chose to answer."

 "Okay, sounds fair."

 "Then go."

"Okay," He paused, looking thoughtful, "What's your name?"

I don't have one. "You may call me...Rose."

"Okay," He said thoughtfully, "How old are you?"

 Way older "21."

 "Whats your job?"

 "Don't have one."

 "Why?"

"You have a lot of questions for me, right after I killed your friends." I said.

Ignoring me, he continues, "Do you have a weapon on you?"

 "Plenty." I shrugged.

"Are you gonna kill me?" He was shaking.

 "No." I said thoughtfully.

 "Then take it off."

"Aren't you gonna ask me how many?"

 "take them all off."

"That sounds weird." I raised an eye brow, and smirked.

 "Now!"

"Okay, but for one thing in return." I said, making him feel like he wasnt total in control.

 "What?"

"Run away with me." He was thinking about it, no family, move out all alone, no job, no house now, no car, she comes in, she's a killer, killed two friends, weapons, might kill me.

"I won't kill you. I promise." I even crossed my heart.

"How can I trust you? Your a killer."

 "So your considering it."

 "I want to know."

"I'll give you my weapons right now, I wont hurt you. Think about it, you'll be safe, we can even move, too, if you want and start a new life." He's scared.

I grabbed the gun, that's behind my neck. It calms him down a little as I pull the chamber out of the gun and set it on the table by him.

 "Now the others." He said.

"Are you gonna stay with me?"

"If you take all of then off."

 "Then that's a yes?" I said hopefully.

"If you do as I say."

"Fine." I reached down my boot for my knife. Then I take both of the guns out of my coat. "Better?" I asked.

 "A lot."

"Do you want to go to your house to start packing?"

"I guess I have to now, lets go." He said waiting for me to go first. I lead him into my garage, to one of my favorite cars, the Fire bird 2009, but mines black. "And you said you don't have a job." He said amazed.

"What you heard is true." The only talking in the car was the directions. I parked in front of his house. "Get as much things you need, do not make any phone calls. I'll give you an hour."

He looked at me, then looked down, "K." was all he said.

 I dislike the angry 'K.'

While I sat there waiting, I started making a phone call to my good friend, Zip. He won't tell me his real name but I already know it. His phone rings for awhile, but he answers.

"Sid, do you know what time it is right now?" To him my name is Sidney.

"Hey good morning, get up and on your computer."

"Oh come one Sid, give me at least a couple more hours, I went to bed like an hour ago."

"Fine, two more hours, but if you don't answer on the first ring, I'll be at your door step."

"Thanks for the warning, I'll change your ring tone to 'The Groke'." He hung up.

It didn't take Matt long. I pop the trunk open, and he put his bags in. Then we were off. "Where are we going?" He asked after awhile.

"First a hotel, do you want to eat out or there?"

 "There."

"Fine, Its gonna be a long drive."

 "Great."
