The day by Erica (books for 8th graders .txt) 📕

*BEEP BEEP BEEP* The sound of the alarm clock is the most annoying noise so i quickly turned it off. I sat up and looked in the mirror, I looked like a monster with brown hair that was all tangled up. I Grabed my purple shirt that said 'Free Hugs', a pair of my short shorts, and a bra. I ran to the bathroom and took a long warming shower. When i got out i wraped myself up in it and sat on the toilet to let my self dry a bit. I put my clothes on and scrunched my hair to give it that wet messy hair look but not to messy. I sprayed a bunch of hair-spray in it so it stayed like that while i went shopping.
"Mom, Im going shopping" I said While putting on my gold-colored high heels. "Ok dont be long." She informed me. I walked out the door and started walking down the sidewalk and i almost got lost until i found the mall i was glad because i'd been walking for an hour almost. When i got in the store I sat on the bench and just looked around. I saw a pair shorts that i really liked i went up and looked at them, then i saw it was in my size and was only $6.99. The store clerk rang up the shorts, and i ran to the nerest bathroom so i could get into them.
I walked around the whole mall and started getting hungry and Stopped at Toco Bell. While I was in like a boy came up to me and gave me a hug and it suprised me but then i remebered i was wearing my 'Free Hugs' shirt. The boy had blonde hair and a crystal blue eyes. He was wearing a shirt that said 'Go Large' and was with another boy who had black hair and brown eyes. "Thanks" I said. "No problem"
When it was my turn i ordered two soft tocos with just meat and cheese with a small coke. I sat a table by myself, when the boy came back up to me and he asked "you want someone to sit with you?"
"Sure, but you dont have to im almost done." I said kinda shyly.
"Whats your name?"
"Jennifer, yours?"
"Niall" I could tell he was Irish.
"Are you Irish?" I wanted to make sure.
"Yes! The accent works on the ladies." I could tell he was flirting.
"It doesnt work on me. Sorry." I said sarcastly.
"Oh man!"
"Well i should get back home, nice to meet you."
"Nice to meet you to. But one minute can I have your number?"
"No sorry, i dont give it to strangers."

I got up and walked away. As I was getting ready to leave the store i felt a buzz in my pocket and it was my phone ringing. I grabbed it and looked at the number. "Hi mom" I picked up.
"Hi Jen, super is done you need to get home or your food will get cold."
"I'm on my way i will be there in like 30 minutes, love you" I hung up.
I started walking and i got a bit bored so i started texing. I wasnt looking were i was going and I ran into another boy.

He had a coffe in his had so it got all over his clothes and mine. "I'm Sooooo sorry!!" I felt bad.
"It's ok" He had brown curly hair with green eyes. He was wearing a white polo shirt and jeans.
"No its not i'll pay for dry cleaning." I pulled out my clutch until he pushed it back into my pocket.
"No, its ok. I can pay for it."
"But i ran into you because i wasnt paying attention."
"I wasnt paying attention so its both of our faults." We both giggled.
I saw NIall running towards the boy. I was kind of scared i thought he was stalking me until he started talking to the boy. I could tell he knew the guy.
"Hi Niall." I said.
"Well Hi Jennifer. I can tell you met Harry?"
"Ya we ran into eachother and got coffee all over us." I giggled.
"Well do you want me to buy you a new shirt?" Harry asked.
"No thats fine, I got money."
"Can we atleast go with you to make sure you get a new one."
"Sure."
We walked back into the mall and to the store that i bought my shorts from. I found a purple shirt that said 'Arepostal'. I went to the store clerk but it was a different one from before. Harry was still looking so i sat down on the bench outside of the store waiting. It only took them about 5 minutes. I took my phone out and told mom that i would be a little late.
"Ok we're ready" the boys came out finally.
"Finally, you were in there for ever."
"Well i wanted to get something that looked nice." Harry said.
"Well again im soo sorry. It wont happen again because i wont see you again."
"Its ok, and why wouldnt we." He hugged me and kept his arm around me.
Harry and Niall went into the boys bathroom to change and I went into the girls. Before I got out i could hear them talking "Shes very beautiful, I wonder if she knows were apart of the band." Harry said with his British accent.
"I know i met her in the food court. We sat together, shes very nice. And i dont think she does because she might be fangirling right now if she did." I walked out and said "hi."
"Hi Jen." Niall and Harry said at the same time.
"Um, I think i should get home. My mom wanted me home an hour ago."
"Aw, really well we can walk you to your car." Harry said while looking in a candy store.
"I actually walked here."
"Do you want us to walk you home?"
"No, its an hour away." I lied it was only 30 minutes away.
"Oh well, and i have to tell you something." Harry said with a scared face.
"What is it, are you ok?" I knew what he was going to say.
"Ya im fine. But theres something else. Well Niall and I are apart of One direction."
"I know." I did know i just didnt have a fangirl thing for them.
"But your not like fan-girling!" Harry was suprised
"I know, i dont do that its annoying when fans scream and tell you to say i love you and stuff like that." It was all true.
"Wow shes just your type harry." Niall said.

"well i have to go" I turned and started walking away until someone grabbed my hand and turned me around.
"Whats your number?" Harry asked. I told him and walked and he followed.
I was wondering why he was following me. I turned and asked.
"I want to make sure you make it home ok." So we walked and walked until we got there i opened the door. "bye, thanks for walking me home." "No problem, I will call you soon so we can hang out, is that ok?" "Yes, thats fine."
I closed the door and had a huge smile on my face walking over to get dinner. Best day of my life.

Two days has pasted since that day. I wasnt sad or mad because he didnt call or text because i knew i was just another girl and their also busy. I do my daily routine, shower, breakfast, mall. I was in the mall just walking around and i found myself wondering into a shoe store called 'Journeys'. I found a pair of converse and the sign said 10$ a pair. I was excited, i loved convers so i decided to by a pair every color to match my outfits.Red, Yellow, Green, purple, blue, orange, pink, grey, and black. I went up to the store clerk and the price was 90$. I was good because i had the money from chores i do. I walked out of the door and was heding home. Beep Beep

my phone just got a text messege. It said Hey Jen its Harry from the other day, do you wanna hang out today im free?

Went off again. At the mall waterfall 12 o'clock

Well i have 2 hours so i might want to go get ready. I headed home and i was supper excited. When i got home I went up to my room and skimmed through my closet. I found a black see through shirt with a lime green tank-top. I grabbed a pair of blue skinny jeans with my new black convers. I straightened my hair and had on gold ear-rings with a light brown eye shadow and eye liner. I popped in a peice of gum and told my mom where i was going. By the time I did all of that it was 11:25 so i dicided to start walking there. I got there and sat on the bench by the waterfall, waiting. I felt alittle stupid just sitting there until he came and started the conversation. "Hey Jen, How are you?"
"Good, you?"
"Great!" He seemed really excited for a reason.
"You seem happy, are you?" I blurted it out without even thinking.
"I am actually, i found out that we get to stay here for another month."
"Isnt kinda a bad thing tho? I mean you wont get to see all of your fans."
"I know, but its nice to stay at one place for a while."
"Ya thats true. So whatcha wanna do?"
"Hmm we can go take a walk at the park, do you want to?"
Man i was totally fangirling in the inside. If I showed it he would have thought i was a freak.

We walked to the park a few blocks away from the mall. We only had to stop 2 times for a fan. It was fun already just the thought of being with him made me happy. On the way there we just talked about our days, pretty normal conversation until we got there, then it got interesting.
"So, what do you look for in a guy.?" He asked an smiled.
"Well i like curly hair, green or blue eyes but it doesnt matter, a GREAT personality, and just a great guy. What do you look for in a girl?" I pretty much explained what Harry looked like and how he was.
