"We're not going home, any time soon, are we?" Rayna asks, plopping her hands in the, making a little splash.
"Look you can go home if you want, but Dr. Dawns doesn't call for anything. If she thinks theres something we need to see, we should at lest see what it is." I look over to my sister, she huffs out a big sigh.
"I'm not going home if you're not going."
I look at her for, trying to read her face. I knew why she didn't want to go home without me, but I wonder if she knew the whole truth to it.
I heard an ear bleeding scream, my head snaps to the girls just as a huge wave take them under. I watch the girls' surfboards bobbed back up to the surface, but the girls didn't.
3.Under the blue(Emily)
Sam and I sat a little away from Adam and his sister, sitting on our boards. I look over to Sam, she had a sad frowned on her face.
"Sam are you ok, you look down," I say looking closely at her.
She looks over to me with a grim look,"Yeah I guess, but remember how I told you about my family might be moving to a different island?" She drops her eyes to the slow moving water, small waves hitting our boards, moving us just a bit.
All I can do is stare at her, I mean I knew of the plans, Mrs. and Mr. Deen never seem to think to deeply in to it, always brushing it off like they wouldn't go throw with it. "Um.... So are you leaving soon?" I just had to know. Sam gave a heavy sigh, as if it was taking all her will power just to say those few words, " Yes, everything is packed and at the new house, this is my last weekend here," she spoke low and didn't look at me.
I opened my mouth to talk, but just then the small waves under our boards grow big, and before a word, a sound could make it out my mouth, water slam down on us with so much force, that it dragged us down. In the deep, dark world, cold and chilled, no words or sound could be heard.
It happen so fast I didn't know what to do, or even at this moment what I was thinking. I just knew I had to get to the surface and fast.
