Christmas by Tabitha Stout (polar express read aloud .txt) 📕

Christmas time is near a time for fun and a time for cheer,
Children throwing snowballs all around,
Cold because their feet have touched the cold ground,
They think its for unwrapping gifts,
How how all they do is wish,
They wish for make up,
And little toy Tonka trucks,
It’s sad to see not allot of them not get what they want,
They are heart broken inside, and they feel like they want to cry,
They feel betrayed like no one cares what they have to say,
Christmas is about being happy,
Loving others, and praising Jesus Christ,
For this is the day he was born,
The Lord God happy to see his child,
At rest the next morn,
Hearing laughter of joy,
Jesus was just a little boy,
Family is what matters,
Santa can still climb the ladders,
To try to fit in the chimney down he goes,
Oh man he got stuck oh how this blows,
Santa down slow and with a tight fit,
He ripped his sleeve right under his arm pit,
Poor Santa the one, whom we don’t really speak of,
You should have the feathers of a white dove,
Christmas is not about you,
It’s about Jesus and God Christ our saviors,
As you like to try to change children’s behaviors,
That is a hard job to do,
Very impossible for you,
Dear Santa pick your choice,
Either you want to be free or deliver toys,
Its one or the other because you cant do both,
You have to merry a woman, as pale as snow
If you were not so chubby you would have more kisses under the mistletoe,
Dear Santa hear me out,
Your making me want to scream and shout,
I have a very bad attitude,
And all you’re doing is making it hard to control; you should feel just like a mole,
Before you get to my house Santa, Will you make sure that you go through my door and not down my chimney,
Because I don’t feel like hearing my mom all day making calls on who can fix it,
Go to the gym and maybe you will feel more fit,
Good bye Santa that’s all for now, I will talk to you next year my mom is about to have a cow.
