Wednesday the 5th.
Today I got a new diary and i'm not writing in it unless I don't write dear diary. My mum bought this thing for me to write about the holiday and like I said Im not writing dear diary. By the way im Lenny, Lenny Burn.

This morning my family we're going to Haven, I was quite exited when I heard that. The way I see it Im gonna be fine unlike other holidays. The last holiday I went to,a man got an ice-cream and I kind of push him in a swiming pool. Soon after that he got the cops and I knew I was in trouble. Soon enough I was in my bedroom packing my bag. After I finished I zoomed down stairs, I told mum I was ready and she said back "We're going next week". I just can't beleive she told us we were going to Haven and didn't tell us it was next week.

Straight after I heard that news I stormed off to my bedroom, I started throwing my pillow and vide o game cases, mum said what ever I was doing I must stop,but you know me. If mum ever lies to me or my brother Neil we get really cranky, so I went straight back to just throwing my pillow.

After I had my lunch I followed my brother Neil into his room. As soon as I got A chance I hid under the table, my brother hates it when im in his room and if he catches me, lets just say, i'm toast. I can remember the last time I was in his room, when he spotted me and my best friend Ryan we legged it, Neil chased me to my room and my best friend managed to escape out the front door. Well your proberly wondering why im in his room, Im trying to find something of mine he stole, that is my video game console and I was gonna take something of his to get him in trouble.

Neil was in his room for hours talking to his mate on the internet, lucky me the batteries ran out and he went to get the charger, I knew I only had a little time. I snagged my consele and one of Neils naked lady books. When I heard the door creak I ran under the table. Neil was on the computer all night, I think I fell asleep, because I woke up under a table and found Neil looking at me. I gulped nervously, "m..m..maybe we could work something out" I said in fright,
"Beat it" my brother told me angryly.

Thursday the 6th.

Well yesturday I was quite lucky not to get toasted by my brother. I called my friend Ryan to ask if I could come over, he said that I couldn't. The reason was that I braught in my boomarang last week and it hit Ryans dad in the head. Ryans dad was really mad and he won't let me in his house until he changes his mind, it really burns me up that his dad hasn't let me in for one whole week.

Well enough of that talk. Today I saw the newspaper were giving out ton loads of free candy. Yeah,the last time I fell for that was when the news paper said they were giving away free lego, they totally fooled the town folk but not me, all the lego was hand made paper lego,they coloured it quite well. I think Ryan still has his, but I havn't checked because im not allowed in.

At lunch my little brother Max was having a fit about his food Neil had made for him. The only reason Neil made it was because mum had to pick up dad from work. Max said he liked the dinner mum made but Neil explained all the details. Max threw his food at Neil and laughed. I knew Neil would get mad so I tried to calm him down, but you know me, Im weak. Luckily, mum and dad walked in the door and gave Neil a big telling off. They also gave him a ban from his computer and sports car. Well Neil really got mad about that, so he went to his room and went to read, well, his secret naked lady book. I knew I was in trouble, remember I took it yesterday. I still havn't given it to mum yet and you can guess what I did, yes I gave it to mum, fast.

As soon as I gave it to mum she said "I shouldn't buy these books", I told her it was one of Neils books. When she asked Neil he said to me "I'll kill you", well I was worried about that so I hid In my room.

When it came to tea time I stayed in my room and my mum and dad got worried. They came to check on me, I told them that Neil said that he would kill me. Mum was not happy that Neil said that so she doubled Neils punishment.

Friday the 7th

This morning I went to the kitchen and totally forgot about the thing Neil said. When I sat down at the table Neil gave me a devilish look. After breakfast I went to the park with Ryan. Neil followed us and chased us back home, when we locked the door he started banging on it. Mum opened the door for him, she asked him what was going on. I rudly inturupted her and shouted."He was trying to kill us". Mum asked him if it was true and he said it wasn't. Ishouted back at him, "It was true Mum". Mum asked Neil again and again, soon Ryan said that it was true so Neil got another punishment.

I was really happy that Neil got two years of punishment so I tried to celebrate, but then I remememberd that I don't have any party stuff. The party idea was a bust, but I had another idea, I could play computer games for one whole hour. I got started to play the computer but mum turned it off, I asked her why she turned it off, she said I had to go play with max. I totally disagreed with her on this one, she told me she didn't want to argue so I went to Max.

When I got to Max's room he said he didn't want me to play. Well that was stupid, Mum asked me to play with Max and he doesn't want me to play with him. I went down stairs and turned the computer console back on. When mum came in the room she wasn't happy, "Why are you not playing your brother?" my mum said in dissapointment. I told her that Max didn't want to play with me.

Well when I told mum that she wasn't very happy. Mum went up to Max's room she asked Max why he wouln't let me play, he said that I was scaring his teddy's and toys. Well that burnt a fuse in mum's brain, but you know what she just said to Max that he had a good imagination. Well I just stared at Max for a moment. This is exacly what I saw. Him smashing a toy bunny on a cupboard, spilling coffee over a buzz lightyear, throwing tennis balls at puffles and just plain dumb licking things.

I went back downstairs to play computer games but,I saw dad hogging the tv. He said !?@# off. Mum was in the kitchen, she heard what he said. The way I saw it was that mum and dad might break up.

I can't beleive that the holiday is five more days away. I still havn't forgiven mum for what she said on wednesday.

Saturday the 8th

This morning Max was outside my bedroom door, he kept banging to let him in, but you know me, I never open a door for Max. That's because he broke my toe. This happened because when we went to an amusment park. See he didn't know how to use the two pence machine, he kept trying to use the back of the machine. Max acidentlty pushed it over and it landed on my toe, I tried to chase him but the pain in my toe kept stoping me from runing.

Max has been banging on my door for at least seventy two mins, that made me mad. I eventually had to give in. When I let him in he told me that he was sorry that he broke my toe a few week's ago, I said that it was way to late, then he ran to mum. When my mum was starting to reach the top of the stairs I knew I had to hide. The nearest thing I could
use was Max's toy box. The thuds of my mum's foot steps were getting louder,but even worse...closer.
