He was two months old when I got him. He is a cute little beagle. I named him lucky. Because in movies most dogs
are named lucky. After I get home from school every day
I have to play with lucky and train him a little bit. My little sister Jackie feeds him in the morning before she goes to daycare. Jackie only feeds lucky though. I have never seen
Her even pet Lucky. I donβt know why. I think because dad
Wants to get her a dog so he gave her the opportunity to step
Up and get to know lucky. Witch hasnβt even worked because
Shes a dogaphobic. But anyways lucky doesnβt do much he is
Always sitting on the couch with his head down. Almost asleep, but is never really asleep. Today me and my dad are going
To the animal shelter,to look at the animals and to put money in the donation box. When we went their it was so sad to
Think my big baby lucky is from a horrible place like this
I saw the condition the dogs and cats were in and it looked like their in a small doggy or kitty jail. I was going to cry because lucky was from this shelter. I have never been here before this because I got lucky for my birthday. And I never came with my dad to put money in the donation box because he usually put it in on his way home from the office. As soon as I got home I asked my mom about the doggy jails and she told me their called kennels. Right when we were done talking I went and googled βdog kennelsβ. I was exasperated to know that there are millions of βdog kennelsβ. I read that dogs are only put in their when they absolutely need too. Like if they have their tags but their lost they will search for them without the chance of being put in a kennel. But if their lost without tags they will be put in a kennel. Itβs very disappointing to find out that most dogs are hurt and putdown because sick or hurt dogs donβt get adopted that often. Luckily lucky is not hurt or sick. But I would still adopt lucky because I would know in my heart that he is the one. But not everyone has that. So they might just look at a dog and say heβs hurt I donβt like him or gross he just sneezed I donβt like him. But sometimes people might say ahhhh shes cute letβs get her. This is a huge problem, because most dogs arenβt just sick. They are loving and living creatures that need us. So adopt one you know is right. So go get um.
