A Monk sat upon a willow tree
Watching the day go by
He sat up there and watched the sea
And he really didn’t really know why
He watched his fellows drink some tea
And then he started to cry
For he could not get down from his willow tree
He shouldn’t even try
He almost broke his Knee
Trying to climb this high
Then he saw with obvious glee
The ladder right nearby
But when he tried to see
If the ladder was very high
He fell out of his willow tree
Onto the ground nearby This was the story of The Monk who sat upon a willow tree
