Red is the color of blood.

You see it flowing from the wounds clouding her arms.

She tries washing it from her skin,

it can't be erased.

Hate is the emotion filling her heart.

A war against herself.

With every breath she takes the poison grows.

The air chilled by the whispers contaminating her lungs.

Collapsing in the silence.

Depression is what plagues her mind.

Caused by you,

playing her like a game.

Russian Roulette,

with you holding the loaded gun.

And you fire.

But as you watch her fall,

the chains claspe your wrists.

Forever a prisoner of your thoughts.

The what ifs,

what have I done?

The silence then seeks the new host,

and the blood flows once again.

But now its you who hides the scars.
