Silvered Communication

Sitting in the white
at the feet of the empyrean poets,
the heavens released a million stars
that surrounded me.

The stars embodied words
of love, life, and even death
of the body and soul.

This night was phosphorescent.

I was falling from the sky,
bound for
reality,
to the terrestrial
plane.
With opened wings
slowing my descent,
gliding through the atmosphere.


The earthly
vapors
of a rose-soaked land
greeted me.

Behold shining
waters!
So limpid,
whispering
wet expressions.


I thought,
I had left paradise
only to find this unfamiliar kingdom.
Standing in this opening,
glancing as the stars touch down,
melting as they met the ground,
communing with our souls.
