Delivery day has come,
I have a feeling my dear,
I am in for the long haul,
It could feel like a year.
I can make no plans to get out,
nothing to do but wait.
I'd hoped it would be early,
But no doubt it will be late.
Another cup of tea for me,
Getting so frustrated.
Wish I'd never bothered my dear,
Wouldn't had to have waited.
