Sock Snatcher

A silly little tale,
that swims around the trees.
Has some wise words,
That you must not breathe!

A gruesome little monster,
With beady little eyes!
With a large mouth
With densely sharp fangs!

It scatters in your room,
It lives in your drawers!
It nips at your toes,
and bites of your nose!

This monster is called the sock snatcher,
cute it may be!
But be warned,
As it may come after ye!

It Drools at the mouth,
And eats your snots!
But keep your draws locked,
as it may come after your socks!

Few have seen it,
And lived to tell the tale!
But as I sit here and tell you these words,
I too have lived to tell the tale!

You have been warned,
You have been told!
So don't come crying to me,
When you have no nose!

Fear Inside Me

I'm Curled up in a ball,
The tears trickle down my cheeks.
The slow creeks and deadly shrieks echo in the hall.
I take deep breaths,
as I walk to my death.

No Hope

I look all around me.
The dirt on my clothes,
and the rain that soaks me cold.
I'm scared and lonely,
I have no where to go...

I'm homeless,
I'm tired,
And I've got no home.
The silent bystanders look but do not stare.
I'm Hopeless and dreary,
But yet they still don't care.

I look all around me.
The dirt on my clothes,
and the rain that soaks me cold.
I'm scared and lonely,
I have no where to go...

I hold out my hands for money,
But they turn their noses up.
I'm crying as the hunger starts taking over me,
I'm nearly sick!
I've got frost bite on my toes and a cold on my nose.

I look all around me.
The dirt on my clothes,
and the rain that soaks me cold.
I'm scared and lonely,
I have no where to go...

A women stops and throws a penny, I bless her.
If she could see my skin and bones,
she'd of given me a home.
I long for food and I need it quick,
My flesh is wilting away.

I look all around me.
The dirt on my clothes,
and the rain that soaks me cold.
I'm scared and lonely,
I have no where to go...

I'm lying on the ground,
I just wish my life would end.
The slow pain and all the games,
they are no match for my brain.

I look all around me.
The dirt on my clothes,
and the rain that soaks me cold.
I'm scared and lonely,
I have no where to go...

I hear shouting,
I look up.
4 figures are running towards me.
I'm too weak to run,
to fight,
to call out...
There beating my tired skin away,
and yet I cannot shout...

I look all around me.
The dirt on my clothes,
and the rain that soaks me cold.
I'm scared and lonely,
I have no where to go...

I take my last breath,
Time is catching up to me.
I'm happy,
the pain and hunger is gone.
My friends my family, they are smiling at me...
Happiness washes over me,
Have I finally found a home?

I Look all around me,
The familiar faces and the cheery smiles.
I'm happy, I'm home.
And Finally the Pain is gone...

My Poem

(This Is My Poem, It best Describes Me)

My World is my imagination,
my eyes are my dreams.
My voice is my song,
One I'll happily Sing!

April

April?
What is April?
April is the April showers that shower every April.
April is the sunny days that seem to slowly disappear.

April is the silly days and the funny days.
April is the splashing in the puddles.
April is the swaying trees,
And the singing winds!

I love April!
The rainy weather,
The singing winds!
Who could ask for more?
