A Rose
I see a small, red rose.
It tastes like cherries on pie.
It smells like a fragrance soft and sweet.
It sounds like bells announcing birth.
It feels like silk across my skin.
A Rose

Bless It Be
Because of you is hoe I know,
Because you made it so.
There’s nothing id rather do,
Than spend my life with you.
Bless it be,
That you love me.
I put hearts around your name,
And I know loves a complicated game.
I’m dramatic,
And you make me ecstatic.
Our love is growing fast,
But it’s meant to last.
You make me do my best,
Cause you lay my worries to rest.
Our life will be fine,
Cause baby, your mine.

Boredom
Boredom follows me,
To punish unfaithfulness,
I once committed.

Cake Party
I wish I were a birthday cake,
Filling children’s bellies.
Smeared on their hands and small round faces,
Bringing warmth to their hearts.

Choices I Make
I’m leaving my past behind,
Letting myself unwind.
My future seems distant,
But it could change in an instant.
With the choices I make,
I always have my heart at stake.
My life is but a ride,
Flowing along with the tide.
I lose myself little by little,
But that only seems brittle.
Its time I let things be,
Its time to be me.

Pounding, beating.
Accelerating and
Slowing. Warm

Dancing Leafs
The wind makes dancing leafs,
Sadly, I take my leave.
Never had I loved them,
As one should cherish a gem.
I miss what I have lost,
But it was not worth the cost.
Trust me, and you will see,
Everything that should be.

Destiny
The thoughts of you surround me,
Our love is truly meant to be.
You’re the only one who hasn’t broke my heart,
I knew you were the one from the start.
You’re my only true love,
It was like you were sent to me from up above.
You make me glow,
Forcing my heart to slow.
When we kissed I fell;
Making my heart swell.
I feel protected in your arms,
When I am next to you I am safe from any harm.
Saying ‘I love you’ is not enough,
Showing our love is more than tough.
Everything I do,
Is because of you.
I want us to have a family together,
Being with each other forever.
I stopped wondering why you make me cry,
It is because you make me fly.

Fears
I wish I were invisible.
To hide myself.
No one would see my emotions, thoughts or fears.
Only I would know.

Generosity
Love awoke me,
Saved by his generous heart,
Forever holding me.

Granddad
I wanted to meet you,
But now I’ll never be able to.
To you is where I wanted to go,
But how was I to know,
God already said no.
I think you knew you were dying,
But sadly, you left me crying.
I know you’re up there,
And I know you care.
I really wanted you to know who I was,
Just because,
You were a part of me,
At least that fills me with glee.
I may be sad,
But I love you Granddad.

Handle This
I can’t handle this,
Taking the road I can’t miss.
A place where I can be free,
A place just for me.
Some where I could go,
And only I would know.
I need a break,
To end this ache.
Some place where I can dream,
With out waking with a scream.
There I would remain,
And never feel pain.

Him
In my dream I need something.
My heart leaps for the love I lost.
I see him standing in the moon light.
I know that is him,
The one to fill my hearts void.

His Hands
I gave him my heart,
And placed it within his hands,
I thought he loved me,
He still had it when he left,
Now that he’s gone I moved on.

His Misses
Each time I’m in pain,
Relieving my strain.
He is here with me,
Knowing we were meant to be.
I love him with all my heart,
Without him, I would fall apart.
Smothering me with kisses,
I can’t wait to be his misses.
He ended my heartache,
Just for our loves sake.
I need him every second of the day,
When he is, he ends my dismay.
Each word I need more,
Making my heart soar.
If he only knew how I felt,
When he touched me I would melt.

I Have
I have been lied to,
I have been tied to,
I am in pain,
I am in strain,
I will be bold but who will I hold?

I Loved You
I loved you because
You made my world spin.
I loved you because
We were a flame in a fire.
I loved you because
You made me shine.
I loved you because
We stood strong.
I loved you because
You were there.
I loved you because
We were meant to be.
I loved you because
You took me in a world win
I loved you because
We kept our love in fresh sire.
I loved you because
You were mine.
I loved you because
We knew this was wrong.
I loved you because
You truly cared.
I loved you because
You loved me.

I Won
I won,
Because I have my one.
In his arms nothing matters,
Without him, my life would shatter.
He makes my heart sore,
And that makes me love him more.
With this poem, I am done,
But let everyone know;
I won!

Leave
Life shows you meaning.
Live young, always growing.
Death knows no bounds.
Mourners visit your grave.
Thus letting yourself leave.

Let Me Fall
As I read,
I began to dread.
You wrote me a goodbye,
Telling me our love was a lie.
I gave you my all,
But still you let me fall.
You knew I cared,
But my pain cannot be shared.
When you left me,
I ceased to be.
Although I still think of you,
I don’t need you in my view.

Lost
I dreamed I was lost in the woods.
I run,
Looking for anyone.

Love
Love cries,
Love bites.
Love lies,
Love dies.
Love needs,
Love bleeds.
Loves sure,
Loves pure.

Mend
Another left giving me grief,
Trying to find some kind of relief.
Sworn to harden my heart,
I slowly tore apart.
I felt nothing but pain,
I had nothing to gain.
I didn’t want love,
I cursed what was promised from up above.
I wanted love to end,
I refused to mend.
When I had nothing left to blame,
Summer finally came.
Love stared me in the face,
And gave me a long chase.
When it completed its deed,
It gave me a need.
He wants to be with me,
He let me sore free.
He is mine as I am his,
And I will embrace his kiss.
Brought to me by fate,
I have found my soul mate.

Moon Light
In my dreams he’s there with me.
Never has anyone sparkled so.
I see him standing in the moonlight.
He holds me telling me the joy he feels.

My All
Wishing for your love,
Held high above.
You’re everything I need,
Planted in my heart like a seed.
I can’t stand not to have you near,
I have to have you here.
You’re all I think about,
That I know without a doubt.
You shot me with a poison dart,
Slowly tearing me apart.
You were there from the start,
Always deep in my heart.
When we kiss, I’m free,
Loving it when you hold me.
I don’t know what I’d do,
If I had to live without you.
I never felt this way,
It will never go away.
You’re more than just my friend,
I promise I’ll love you till the end.
You’re no longer something small,
Baby, you’re my all.

My Best Friend
Every time I need you, your there,
Helping me with love and care.
I truly need you in my life,
When without you, I would have used a knife.
I smile when you’re happy,
And yes, I’m a little sappy. (Ha-ha I made a funny)
I love you, for who you are,
Knowing you’re never far.
We have known each other for years,
We’ve seen each others tears.
We made a bond together,
And that will last forever.
Our friendship will always stay strong,
And that will never be wrong.

My Other Half
I cannot trust my heart,
I don’t know where to start.
It tells me I found love,
Blessed from above.
When I’m with him, he has my all,
But I end up hitting a wall.
I want him to hold me,
And be loved as I should be.
Each time has ended in a lie,
And I am the one to cry.
Slowly, I move on with my life,
And only once have I used a knife.
I’ll have someone who’ll hold me tight,
And still be there when we fight.
I may feel hopeless,
But I am not faithless.
One day, I’ll find the path,
That leads me to my other half.

My Sister
She’s annoying and small,
She’s like my doll.
We fight,
But it ends right.
She makes me smile,
And go that extra mile.
If I could bake,
I’d make her a cake.
She brings joy,
Playing with her toy.
She knows I care,
Because I’m always there.
We laugh when we play twister,
But I love her because she’s my sister.

My Twinkling Star
With one simple kiss,
I had a moment of pure bliss.
When you held me,
You set me free.
I think of you more and more,
I have never felt like this conflicted before.
When you kissed me last night,
I knew it was right.
You’re my twinkling star,
In my heart your never far.
If I could find a way,
I’d make you stay.
If only, if only you were mine,
The world could see our love shine.
But I know its true,
I’m not the one for you.
The only way I won’t wear my heart on my sleeve,
Is to make you leave.
I couldn’t handle you to see me cry,
So this is good bye.

Not Enough
When loves not enough,
Most people can be rough.
You start with trust,
But soon it turns to lust.
I thought our hearts would mend,
But it was already the end.

Nothing to Say
He left without a sound,
To a place never to be found.
I woke alone in our bed,
Having a feeling of sudden dread.
I thought he was mine,
Believing everything was fine.
Now knowing he lied,
I stayed up through out the night and cried.
I never had a love like his,
Nor felt pain like this.
I let him walk away,
And I had nothing to say.
It tore me apart,
I never really was in his heart.

On My Knees
I fall on my knees to pray,
Asking God to make him stay.
Needing him when I sleep,
Knowing I’m his to keep.
I want us to be together,
Always and forever.
I want to be in his life,
Beside him as
