Once was little once was small once wore my daddy’s wedding ring around my arm.
Was born three months early and my life flashes right before me. Doctors stick and poke me with needles in my feet and body, It hurts so bad I want my mommy. My tiny hand rests in the palm of hers, it is the only relief that I have, she wants to hold me I can tell, but the doctors say that I’m not well. Weighing less then two pounds I am smaller then an average loaf of bread. My face is so thin and tiny, my eyes filled with discomfort. As my mommy holds my hand I hear her softly say ”God save his life.” Each day I struggle, but I know God is with me, cradling me in his warming arms. Months later I’m finally home, still struggling to breathe on my own, each day I finally feel a little more relief, I then know I’m going to be just fine.

Three years later I’m defiantly all better, was once little was once small, but now I’m really quite tall
My hands are bigger, so are my feet, to look at me you wouldn’t even know me. I’m very sweet, and full of love. Have tons of energy and lots of laughs, it’s never a dull moment when I’m in the house.
I’m still little but nothing like before, I hope I grow up even bigger than my grandfather.
