To my wonderful family, who have encouraged me ever since I was born and to Mrs Hoccom, who is an amazing story-teller!
:-D

Fire-fly

The soul has served my right,
Deep in the woods I see a fly,
It glows and wonders why….
Do we sing along with it?
Please come fly, don’t be shy.
The city won’t come for quite a while,
It won’t disturb you.
So young dear young fly, go back to where you really lye.

Waving

I look out the window,

I see things waving,

So I wave to the cinnamon in the chopper,

I wave friendly to a passing by shopper,

The trees I wave to, they waved first,

I wave to the grass, which the fairies have cursed,

The clouds wave as they form mixtures,

Of all different sorts of old looking pictures,

I wave to the flowers,

Which have now formed a tower,

Look out your window next time your free,

Then you will see things waving,

Even a caterpillar wriggling on the paving.

Nature is special

Nature all around us, nature in the trees
But which one will a fairy be?

Love in flowers, love in us,
please stop the gas from a car to a bus.

Happiness for the future, future now,
don't stand back from it and take a bow.

Let there be light, let there be growth,
there may not be a sign-post,but have a happy thought for the most.

Thank you mother nature, I understand your name now, you are so beautiful, i love you with much care.
