Usually for this series i only publish works of a unit. Well, Riddles aren't a unit in Creative Writing class and since i plan on writing a lot of them I figured I'd create a book just for Riddles I make up. Some of these may sound familiar so be careful of the words. I've designed two of them to be tricky since the wording from one and the answer to the other i used form a riddle in a book i read. And at the back of the book is the answers so you can check. Enjoy! and tell me how i did, okay?

We Are (Number One)

We are colorful
We are intelligent
We are the same
Yet different
We are one
We are all
We fight when we must
But we prefer to hunt
We are old
We are young
We are ancient
We are new
We are magical

We are mythological

Can you guess what we are?

We Are (Number Two)

We are gold
We are red
We are yellow
We are brown
We are black
We love to swim
And fetch is what we do best
We’ll sit near you when you’re still
But we’d rather be playing with you
We have been called many things
Loyal, Faithful and True

hit home
You’ve known us all your life though you probably don’t know us now.

Can you figure out what we are?

We Are (Number Three)

When young, we are tall
When old, we are short
The Earth's wind we love
But Devils’s fire we fear
We come in many different shapes
Different sizes
Different scents

Different colors
But we are all the same

Can you guess what we are?

We Are (Number Four)

Tall, we are young
Short, we are old
When new, we are clean
When used, we are dull
We come in many varieties but we are all the same
We come in different sizes
Different colors
Different types
Even scents!
But we all do the same thing

Can you do the usual thing?

We Are (Number Five)

Everlasting I am
I never fade
Never Leave
I only grow angry and change color
I can take breath away
While taking you far away
When calm, you gaze upon me in awe
When angry, you run in fear
When sad, you hide from me as I hide myself
But I’ll always return
And when I do, everything’s new
All of this you’ve long since known
But can you put us together?

We Are (Number Six)

I am here
I am there
I am healthy
Yet I’m dying
I am one
But truly all
I am alone
Yet I’m not
I am spherical
Though my path is not
I am large
Yet a small part of what’s around me

Can you guess me?
