As the winter air bites
I take my cocoa and relax
Winter has come late and I am unprepared

I take my blanket and cover my frozen footsies
I hear a jingle and my calico cat jumps to my couch

I sigh once and stare out the window
I see the snow and hear the wind
Suddenly my mind goes free as the storm goes on
Then I imagine about the world outside the glass

Then as the storm picks up I think harder and harder tell my mind works no more.
