me up
Grew me strong
I take a bow wait for the applause
The audience grows weary
On bent knees I stand
Holding my violin
So…
I think of him every night
As I lay alone in my jammies
What is it you know?
I break for freedom
Knock off the dead wait of fools gold
I hold in my pockets lined with small holes
What can I do with pretending anyway
So I sit here in the rain
Smile on my face
Loving you
Even though with me
You can’t ever come home

Did you know I listen to Tori Amos
And lay on the sand just to hear the ocean
And life is to short for revenge
Because God is the one who owns the lightning bolts
And I figure If I loved you it wouldn’t make a difference
Love comes and goes like Sid and Nancy’s days
Maybe, Just maybe I have the Bonnie and Clyde attitude
But it always sounded fun to rob a bank
And I feel…
I feel
That yesterday brought me up
Grew me strong
I take a bow wait for the applause
The audience grows weary
On bent knees I stand
Holding my violin

Etched secrets on pained glass windows
casings cast a shadow from bullet wounds in my skull
You didnt expect me to walk
blade and spine twisted cable puppet ingesting every lie

Sure I swallowed every pill you perscribed
Bare breast
Shivering
I was the brave one
You were the comedian
Used up
til the bottle was all gone
over dose
She ask for more.

My eyes are haunting
I am your reflection
I was the heart you were missing
I was the lion in your parade
Oh silly boy
What a pathetic masqarade
All this beauty wasted

I look over my shoulder
I began to realize
