AALIYAH'S P.O.V

"wake up Lee" my idiot brother Adam said. Well it is better to tell you what is happening and to introduce myself. As you know my name is Aaliyah White and today is my first day of high school and most important I'm a 14 year-old nerdy tomboy that skipped two grades and that is why I'm starting in sophomore. I live with my dad and two idiot brothers but I still love them alot. My dad's name is Steven and my two brother's name is Adam and Zeke so to tell you Zeke is in college and Adam is in high school starting as a Junior.

"I'm awake, I'm awake" I said repeatedly. At last he left when I finally woke up. I found some clothes that fitted me right but not tight. I took a shower really fast and changed into my clothes. Before I left my room I got my iPod and phone and of course my book bag. I went down stairs and to the kitchen. My brothers were their eating breakfast and my dad too. For you to know my mom died in a car accident when a drunk person crashed into her when she was coming from work.

"so are you ready for school" Said Adam.

"I'm not ready and you know why" I said to him because when I was in middle school everybody made fun of me for being very smart and a tomboy and on that time I didn't have any friends so dad send me to New York with my aunt. She is the most amazing person ever and in New York I made friends and a boyfriend that showed me how to skate. It was great until he cheated on me with one of my friends over their. That is why I became a tomboy. I did change a lot when i came back to our little town Jackson City. I haven't told my dad and brother that I had a boyfriend and that he cheated in me.

"I think you are going to do well cause you have this for a brother" He said giving me an assuring smile. "Don't worry just give it a try and lets see what happens."

Well he didn't have to worry cause he was popular in High School and I wasn't.

"Okay I will give it a try but I am not going to be needing your help, okay?" I said to him.

"wow that is my girl" My dad said while giving me a hug.

"Alright, so are you ready cause I'm leaving" Adam said.

"Yeah but im going to go on my skateboard and meet you their" I said and left to the door and grabbed my skateboard and left. Before I left the house I said bye to my dad and brothers. They are the only people that I have right now. So when I was on my way to school I was crossing the rode when I was almost crashed with a car going really fast. They sure do not respect the girls in skateboards crossing the rode.

"Hey watch were you are going" the guy said. I came to his side and when he saw me his expression changed to anger to surprised. Maybe cause I was a girl. He wasn't that bad looking but I don't go by the looks I go for the inside of someones heart.

"Says the guy that was going to crash into me" I responded back. I was sure not going to be insulted by a little mamas boy."Just leave it, I need to leave" I said to him. I just let and sure did he too. When I got to school everybody was looking at me and I sure didn't like it. I hate getting attention and especially on my first day of school. I saw my brother with his friends and before he saw me I hid from him cause I was sure he was going to make everybody know that I was his sister. When I was in my process of hiding I bumped into someone and that someone was the guy that almost crashed me. Great I am sure lucky to see him, again.

ACE'S P.O.V(Guy that almost crashed Aaliyah)

I was going on my way to school when this skateboarder ran in front of my car. Good I didn't crash him cause I almost did. But I was angry that he almost crashed into my car.

"Hey watch were you are going" I said to the person. But when the skater came to my side I was surprised cause it was a girl I almost ran on with my car.
"Says the guy that was going to crash into me" She said to me. I was going to say sorry and I sure wanted to know her name but she cut me to it."Just leave it, I need to leave" she said. She got in her skateboard and left. Something about her made me happy all of a sudden. I left from where I was cause I need to get to school before I was late. When I got to school I went with my friends and we started to talk about the football practice. While we were talking I bumped into the skater girl from later. When she looked up she had a look of annoyed when she saw that it was me.

"So we meet again" I said to her. She just rolled her eyes and left.

"Hey wait up" I said while chasing her. When I looked back at my friends they just nodded and left.

"I cant right now I'm trying to hide from someone" She said but not looking at my eyes. She was mostly looking at Adam he was the quarterback in our team. Why is she hiding from him? And how does she know him? Those were the questions that kept bumping in my head. Am I getting jealous. But why am I getting jealous. I guess I was to into my own world cause I didn't see that she had already left. Crap now where is she?

AALIYAH P.O.V

When I got away from him I went to look for the office and their it was in my face all this time. I went to the office and their I saw a middle aged women talking in the phone. When she saw me she completely hung up and turned all her attention to me like I was special. It made me fill good.

"Hi how may I help you" she asked me. On the table I saw a name tag and her name was Mary Front. Wow what a weird name but everyone has a weird one.

"Hi I'm new and I came to get my schedule" I said to Mary or Mrs. Front.

"Okay but first what is your name?" She asked me once again.

"I'm Aaliyah White" I said to her. Her eyes got wide when I said my name.

"Are you related to Adam White?" She said to me. God I hated being compared to him but here I go.

"Yes but please don't tell anyone" I said to her or more like begged her. She gave me a kind smile and said.


"Alright but just don't behave bad" She said.

"Well I cant promise that but I will try for you. Now I have to ask you a question, Will you be my friend?" I asked her giving her the best puppy face I could make. She started to laugh and with that I laughed too. "So will you please I am very
lonely here" I said to her.

"Alright but that doesn't give you permission to do whatever you want" She said to me.

"Okay and I promise I will not do whatever I want" I said giving her an assuring smile. She gave it back to me and then gave me my schedule.

"Wow are you sure you are a freshman cause right here it says that you start as a sophomore" She said eyeing me.

"Well I skipped Two grades that is why I'm 14 right now" I said back to her.

"I think it is great to be smart and I like you very much and when I say that is because most kids don't like me" She said with a sad sigh at the end.

"Me too but I do like you a lot and you are my first friend here" I said to her with a smile. We said our goodbyes and I left for class cause the bell started to ring.

When I finally found my class that was science and that was not my best subject but I could manage. The teacher was someone named Mr. Black. Wow I think we are going to get along. When I opened the door everyones attention was on me but I didn't care. When I looked at the class they looked older than me. How am I going to survive with this older kids. Then I looked at a familiar look and I saw that he was the guy from the morning.

"Are you lost?" The teacher asked me. Wow he can see that I am not that old.

"Nope " I said to him.

"Then why are you here ?" He asked me again.

"To learn in this class" I said and that gave a few chuckles from the class. I showed him my schedule and surprise was in his face.

"So you are related to-" He started to say but I cut him off.

"Yes and dont get to impressed I am not like him" I said to the teacher. He gave me an 'okay' look and told me introduce to sit down. I found a sit in the way back by the window and I sat down. Then in a while more kids came in.

"Okay it seems that everybody is here so lets start to introduce yourselves to the class" He said." Let me start first, I am Mr. Black a science teacher to teach you about science" He said and the class gave chuckles."I am a teacher to help if you need it and if you have any questions please ask." Some kids asked questions and with that we started to introduce the other students.

Then it was my turn and the worst of all is that we had to stand up in the front of the class I hated this right now.
