MAX
Max roared in rage and slammed his fist in the brick wall. The rough chipped brick bite his knuckles Max watched as the small red stinging scratched turn pink and healed in front of his eyes. He really needs to lose that stick up his ass, he thought to himself, Iโm allowed to like humans. Theyโre not that bad. I like hanging with them. So, theyโre a little weird, so am I, I like that, and weโre all a little weird. He jerked a hand through his thick dark hair; a bright red strip ran through it. Her ranted on and on about the piercings, itโs two, in my ear. As soon as I take them out itโll heal in seconds .I like it, I was my choice. Screw him.
Max clenched his jaw, his teeth throbbed. He hit the wall one more time. He wanted to roar, but growled. He may be away from the town, but, now a days, at the slightest caught of a cry, cops were called and they descended like vultures. Now that would be bad. Max kicked the wall and growled again.
โHey! Is everything alright down there?โ A girlโs called voice from above the wall. Max frowned, stepped back, tilted his head up and searched the darkness. A leg swung over, clad in black skinny jeans and neon colored converse. His hair flopped down in from of his eyes, he pushed it back aggressively. Her face appeared. Max could see she had huge dark eyes, curvy lips, and long brown hair in a braid over her shoulder, it swung as she leaned towards him. She squinted at him and frowned. Max was baffled, how could she get up there. There were gaited woods on the opposite sides and the wall was more than ten and a half feet tall.
โHowโd you get up there?โ he called. The girl grinned in a devilish way.
โWays.โ Her leg swung.
โWays? What kind of ways?โ he questioned her.
โSecret,โ said with a shy smile.
โWell, fine.โ Max could easily scale it, even jump, but he sensed that this girl was just a girl. โDo you have a name?โ
โYes.โ Her answer was sweet and simple. Max waited for her to tell him.
โMay I know it?โ
โNo.โ Simply and sweetly.
โDo you answer in anything but one word answers?โ Thinking of triumph with his clever question, he smirked.
โSometimes.โ She smirked at him pulled her leg up and sat cross legged on top of the wall. Max was too agitated to deal with this silly girl now. He turned on his heal and headed up the ally.
โWait.โ The girl called.
Max heard her gasp. He turned and caught her with un-natural haste. He teetered on his heels, but fell back as the girl pulled away. They turned in the air and hit the ground in a jarring fashion, the girl on her back, Max pinning her with his body. Max felt every inch of her against him. Her hands against his chest, the swell of her breasts, her hip, and her breath warmed his jaw and cheek. She was warm and soft and smelled like temptation and Japanese cherry blossom. The warmth of her drew him in; he breathed her in as his body thumped with want. Max tensed. The girl wiggled under him. He forced himself to roll off her, and lay on his back next to her. She immediately bolted up and rubbed the back of her head. She had a purple sweater on.
โAre you alright?โ She turned around to him. โThat was three.โ Max said, his eyes locked on the dull stars above. He heard her laugh. She stood, brushed herself off and offered her hand to Max. He glanced at her hand, then to her face. She was smiling at him, all friendly like. Finding it bad to get to close to her, Max settled on the ground stretching out his legs then laced his fingers behind his head, โIโm good.โ She laughed again.
โItโs not much of a view from here.โ She glanced up. Maxโs eyes slid to her. Her head was tilted completely back, her eyes searched the cloudy dark blue sky.
โIโm Max,โ She nodded either herself or Max but then walked to the mouth of the ally. Max watched her till she disappeared around the wall of the abounded building on the left. Max vaulted up and called out to her as he followed. Max skidded around the building. She was standing under the yellow light of the street lamp.
โWhat?โ She called to him. Max drew himself up and glided over to her. Moving smoothly, drawing the dark around him as a velvet cloak of a king, putting confidence and swagger in to his steps. Moving like a stalking lion, that Max knew drew girls to him like bees to sweet honey. When he reached the circle of light she stood in, he stepping O so close to her, the top of her head only came to his chin, so close the heat radiated passed amidst the small space between their bodies. Maxโs eyes roomed her body, wide curvaceous hips, her sweater hid nothing of her swelled chest the way it moved as she breathed. The V-neck of her sweater showed her smooth skin the way her collar bones stuck out a little a super tiny beauty mark on the top of her right collar bone, right where her neck met the curve of her shoulder. He stood over her grinning brightly, seductively if he could, he would have purred at her. She sucking in a quick breath, Max knew her heart raced, his raced a little too. Her brown eyes had longish, thick-ish lashes on top and thinner on the bottom blinked at him.
โYour name, Sweetheart?โ He tilted his head, his voice a sweet purr to her. He arched one eyebrow at her. Max watched her deep light brown eyes enlarge as she was entrapped in his. Her pink lips opened, Max leaned farther over her, teetering on the tips of his boots for her answer. She smiled at him, rose on to her tip-toes and whispered in his ear. โAlice.โ She danced away. Half jogging and half running back to town. Max watched her.
ALICE
God, Iโm such and idiot sometimes. I really wish I could have just let him leave, but I wanted to see his face, Alice thought as she was pinned underneath the boyโs heavy body. Her hands felt the solid chest. He looked slim from on top of the wall but she realized, well, felt is more like it he was muscle, smooth sweet muscle under, above, her palms. The boy smelled incredible, like Old Spice. Alice saw herself taking a big bit out of his shoulder, as if he was a big male-smelling cookie, I wonder if he tasted as good as he smelled. His breath hot on her neck sent ripple down her down body. He tensed and rolled off her. Alice sat up and straightened out her purple sweater before she turned to look at him.
โAre you alright?โ He had a strange look on his face from what she could see in the dim alleyway. โThatโs three.โ His voice rolled like a soft rumble deep and suave. Alice laughed at him. She could almost feel what it would be like to press the side of her head to his chest and the sensation of his voice revolving in her ear. It shocked her how much she would like to experience that. When she stood brushing dirt and that shocking thought away, she offered a hand to him, the least she could do for catching her. She watched him stretch out on the filthy ground lacing his finger behind his head. To Alice, he looked like a tiger readying to take a catnap in the sun. She found it hard to hide the smile on her face, but she did.
โItโs not much of a view from here.โ Alice looked up and watched the dark sky shaded in gray clouds. โIโm Max.โ Alice nodded. Max. She liked it. It suited him well. Well, from what little she knew and saw really, it worked well. The red strip through his head, a black (or dark blue), skinny black jeans, and thick black boots, It all worked well together. Not feeling any other reason to stay, she turned and left.
She hurried down the block and paused under the street lamp when he heard him call out to her to wait. When she turned around, she saw nothing but shifting darkness. She saw his slim outline as he walked. Stalked, prowled towards. Her eyes were glued to him. Watching the way he slinked to her, her heart skittered.
โWhat?โ She could barely speak her tongue felt thick, the warm tingles that spread up her spine and branched out through her nerves made it hard for her brain to make a complete though that didnโt involve Max, his sexiness, why she felt like this to a guy she just met not five minutes ago or the fact how willing sheโd take her clothes off then and there. Alice scolded herself; I am hopped up on way to many love novels. He sautรฉed up to her, he was about a foot taller than Aliceโs 5โ 6โ height. Max was so close to her, her head was tilted all the way back and she even leaned back a little. His smile stopped her heart perfect white teeth with the reddest lips sheโd even seen on a boy, it made her body tighten for him. She wanted nothing more than to throw herself at him and give him anything he desired of her. โYour name, Sweetheart?โ He cooed, rumbled tenderly, her heart stilled, she smiled slowly at his eyes. He had the deep dark blue eyes, they almost looked black at first glance, only blue if you were up close and saw the way the glowed. The tilt in his brow gave her sweet tingles. Alice rose to her toes close to his ear, his smelled so intoxicating making her want to bury her nose in his shirt and breathe him in forever.
โAlice.โ She whispered to him. She swiftly pulled back then jogged as smoothly as she could away. Inside, she wanted to howl Maxโs name. Heโs amazing, she thought. His glossy black hair, the striking red streak, the winking black stud in his right lobe, the way his shirt hugged his shoulders, his height. She smiled the whole way through town. She was almost running with the high energy feelings that coursed through her. She felt like she had just met the lead singer of her favorite band, who had winked and slipped her his number. Alice forced herself to slow her pace once she hit the neighborhood. Walking with her hands stuffed in her pockets, head down with a hurried pace. Head lights flashed up ahead. Alice froze. The thunder of an old engine rolled down the block. Alice darted to the small gap between fenced back yards. There was enough room for garbage can and little more. Alice ducked behind the second on in the row. She held her breath as the car rolled to a stop near the curb. Alice froze, and released a breath of relief when the car squealed away.
Alice slipped down the alley. She kicked over a can with an extremely loud clash, the security light blinked on in a backyard. Not much farther down a low brick wall blocked the small space. Balancing on foot on the wall Alice reached her leg over the soft dirt of her
