of them was busy and working. Working could include all of the following: missions for a hit, working over the toy empire, or trading weapons to Russia. Always too busy for their own children, besides they had to work to get to do so meeting as a family was as rare as snow in Mexico. Speaking of Mexico, where’s lover boy?
Corrine Claude looks up from her coffee cup that had a painted lopsided heart on it and her reading glasses on, eyes peering at them from the shadows of her eyes. A vanilla file opened up in front of her on the counter as they sat on the barstools.
“Hello. Glad to finally see you. Your late.”
“What took you so long? You know how busy we get.”
“Sorry mother and father.”
“I apologize. I took a longer time than I predicted. Mistress Yoldak requested last minute for me to test a student in Mexico.”The Claude children swallow hard, hoping their parents wouldn’t be too hard, after all they were current hit men as well.
“Well, good job. You are going to that dinner right Camilla?”Her father asks grudgingly, he didn’t, back in the day, graduate with the ‘highest’ work when he left GJI. But he felt great respect for his only daughter; she gained almost everyone’s respect when they met her that wasn’t supposed to die on her hands.
“Now sit down kids. We have something to discuss.”Corrine says with a sniff, she had bad allergies during this time of the year, and she constantly had tissues by her, she blowed into one. Camilla sat on the granite counter by the sink; Augustus just got closer but didn’t sit. There wasn’t a table in there except for the bar with the stools. Gustavo just rolls his eyes and sips more loudly on his drink, both of them dressed in fluffy robes. They were hiding something, by the look on their faces Camilla could tell but couldn’t put her finger on it.
“And what is happening for you guys to be here?”Camilla asks slowly, Corrine looks away in shame.
“Evgenie Yoldak informed me that both of you have an assignment together as partners, we’ve been looking it over while waiting for you two.”Gustavo says sullenly but pride gleamed in his hazel eyes and he set down his cup.
“I am so proud of you guys!”Corrine gushes, her heels clicked as she got up to kiss them on the cheeks as she left.
“I was thinking, maybe eggs for dinner?”Corrine asks the family, only Camilla speaks up.
“Yeah, sure.”

‘Family Time’ was short and filled with the smell of burnt cheese from the eggs, courtesy of Corrine. When it was past midnight is when the semi awkward meeting broke up, there was a copy of the files. Even with Camilla and her brother as partners, they had different goals of using two different people to get to the prize. Using twins, that worked out. They were the same age, or close to the age of Camilla, 16. They had to use the twins to get to their main goal, their mother Francesca Luzon. She poured over her papers with a nice cool orange juice while reading, her eyes scanned it, after 30 seconds she was done.
A ruthless cruel woman that was in the Asian trafficking business for prostitutes, having parties filled with naïve young girls and kidnapped them, found in Hong Kong, as forced prostitutes. All of the Russian Princess’s doing, her sick nickname she calls herself in that nasty market. Their client was the government of Hong Kong and several other small Asian countries requesting them, her brother was a score of its own. His supposed ‘charm’ was another way to get through Arina (girl) and Camilla for Andrey (boy). But Augustus was not, absolutely not supposed to make the kill for the RP.
After finishing her drink with a gulp she switched off the light in her bedroom. She snuggled into the sheets, her hand close to her automatic in the pillow next to her. After thirty minutes she heard the creak of her door open, without a second thought and lacking of the light being on she cocked her gun towards the door.
“Be warned, I’m armed.”She murmured while rubbing her eyes and stared intensely at the shadowed person at her door.
“It’s me! Your brother!”Augustus sputtered, Camilla sighs but reluctantly un-cocked the gun and tucked it under her pillow. He brother crawled in, another weight pulling down the bed, she sighs and rolls over.
“Bonne nuit s½u.”Whispered Augustus as he snuggled up with one of her old ragged, bullet holed` toys she had in her child ages.
“Yes yes, goodnight.”Camilla murmured as they try to go to sleep. After an hour her brother was sound asleep and snoring softly, Camilla was wide awake; she rolled over and studied her slumbering brother. His face relaxed, eyelashes thick over his cheeks, lips half opened, Camilla thought her brother could not be a perfect assassin. But she noticed, not in his looks, but she can’t see her brother taking over the family business but a certain pride and a little arrogance. Giving too much away, even in sleep. She rolled back over and silently fell asleep with her hand on her gun, smiling mellifluously.
She was running, running away from something malicious, her boots smashed into the mud with a sucking sound as it slung onto her legs and white dress as she ran farther and farther into the muddy swamp. Her breathing was fast and unsteady but her rhythm of running was even paced as she ran in the twilight. The sunset hardly going through the misty swamp that was a muck with the mosquitoes following her as well. She heard a spine tingling laughter, she faltered in her running but kept herself in check, nearly getting her foot bitten by an alligator. Never had she been as scared as she was now, tears were plopping into the muddy half foot tall water; she bounced off a rock covered with moss, everything green and depressing.
She noticed that the person in hot pursuit just before was getting farther and farther away, she felt relived at that and that the water was getting lower and lower. Finally, with just some mud holes, the land wasn’t soaked with alligators and swamps, dry land. The trees were close together and dripping with previous rainfall and she had green on her thin dress that touched her knees with her chunky steel tipped boots making sucking noises as she half ran. After what seemed forever, her blonde hair dripping with swamp juice and perspiration, Camilla runs into a small opening in the green gloom.
The clearing was small but it was enough, totally exhausted Camilla lounges on the mossy floor as she tried to catch her breath. She distantly heard over her heavy breathing a rustling and then a panting figure was pinning Camilla to the ground that was suddenly hard. Her long blonde hair pulled in a severely tight bun, eyes piercing, mouth twisted up evilly, dressed all in boring slate black, and the woman pushed her scary looking knife against Camilla’s throat. Camilla gasps at her surprise, in shock as she stared at the identical stormy eyes as hers, but more cruel and ruthless. The black Camilla awarded the fallen twin like Camilla (clearly the victim.) with a wicked smirk and pushed the knife harder. She tried not to breath to heard for her throat to rip open all the way, (The ‘evil’ Camilla) her knees dug into (Victim Camilla.)her ribs as she pushed herself off to loom over the fallen Camilla.
“Wha, why are you doing this to me? I didn’t do anything to you!”She yells, desperation seeping into her voice as the stranger looking much like herself with a gun in her hand, pointed right at her heart.
“I’m you. Your me, I’m your other self. The one you were trained all of your life to be, the perfect assassin, the ones that don’t value human life’s.”Camilla’s other, ruthless, self snides, calm as ever. She was right, she didn’t care if she killed someone right now, the deadness in her eyes was another sign of that. She hears a rustle from everywhere, ten figures walk in to the edge of the tree line.
“W-who are these people?!”
“The people you killed. Rosa Fergana, Downy Moto, Smith Browns, Lepton Remington, Snyder Livings, Baroque Haven, Adour Lash, Prim Ghost, Palm Ghost, and Edward Rodrigo. And here is my partner, my lover.”Camilla/evil one, says, the one in white scuttles away from the ghostly figures stood up from the shadows of the trees, their faces outlined with sorrow. A blonde head walks out of the gloom of tight knitted trees; his head held high and dressed the same as the black claded Camilla.
The one on the ground gasps, tears threatening to come out. Tyson…Which hardly gave her a second glare when striding towards the gun holding assassin, she turned around in time to kiss him deeply on the mouth. After they were done, she licked her lips and cocked her gun at the white dressed Camilla that’s eyes were wide in fear. Tyson chuckled at her appearance, his eyes traveling down her legs. He didn’t care about her anymore; no compassion for her was ignited in his bright eyes that had hardened.
“I-I’m sorry! I’m sorry I’m sorry! I go by orders! Please forgive me.”Camilla closed her eyes shut and expected a bullet to the heart and chest but all she felt was cool air brushing away her hair from her sticky face and a chilly pressure on her parted lips that suddenly went away. She allowed herself to peek; no one was there, just herself. Camilla rolled over and pulled herself up, suddenly stronger, feeling as if something heavy on her shoulders was lifted. She could feel deep inside of her a peaceful, airy feeling inside of her soul she didn’t even know she had in the first place.
She thought it died the minute after being borne into the world. Confidence flooded into her, so was the overwhelming guilt filling her body. Now she truly appreciated human life, that she shouldn’t take it for granted. Let some people in her know what was in her head, like she should have done to a person that truly was interested in her life. That wanted to be in a big part of her life, like Tyson wanted to do. But being the stupid cocky self she was, she distanced herself and accepted the offer to teach Tyson his lesson and not even thinking she would get hurt in return. Idiot.
She realized that now, she had learned her lesson, never to be repeated again. She slowly and painfully laid down onto the moss ground, after a while it wasn’t so hard anymore. Her boots kicked off and her dress wet on her skin as she curled up in a ball and shut her eyes and tried to go to sleep. It was hard at first, frustrating really, but when her arm went numb from holding her head up as a pillow she gave up and laid on her back, her snores going straight to the sky.
