How it all began again

It was cold in the cafeteria, then again every year it was. I wonder if they'll ever heat it up. I went through the lunch line and got some slop they called food. I think it was supposed to be meat of some sort, except it had fur and moved.
I payed my five dollars, same price every time, realatively. I walked up to the stage and sat in the table waiting for my friends. Anna, who was the reincarnation of Ericka, was walking up to me, without lunch. Lucy, who was the reincarnation of Louisa, was carrying up a lunch of her own.
Everyone in the Facility had been in juvie, and now there wasn't enough room. Each person in here was accused, wrongly I might add, of murder or attempted murder.
