When asked what he would change about himself he simply answered βMy Faceβ. He wasnβt joking. If he had enough money he would reconstruct his face. Not a face lift, not a nose jobβ¦ everything. He said he never felt attractive in the Gay community. He had done what he could to contour his body to be βattractiveβ but his face got in the way.
I tried to explain that the ugly he felt, was the ugly he learned. We are all born beautiful and most of us will spend a Lifetime attempting to reclaim that sacred beauty. It is a Spiritual procedure, not a cosmetic one.
