I remember when I was 14, the world met some kind of creature which destroyed the world, mother was lost, father was held hostage, and older sister Elizabeth, stayed with me forever, and my best friend Tamera also stayed with me, now that that’s over, I will tell you the whole story all over again

That Moment-chapter 1

I was woken by the sound of rumbling and shuffling outside, I looked outside and saw a massive crack in the ground, I looked stunned, and the crack was filled with massive like eggs

I ran downstairs in search for a family member, I sore mum, and shouted from across the hallway, she asked what and I pointed outside, the crack in the floor was growing, and I was starting to get more and more worried-

Dad walked outside and noticed they weren’t eggs, they were living thing right a bottom of the crack, they were crawling up to the surface, and because we lived near, we needed to move and fast….

Dad was in work, and he was 12 miles from us, so we needed to call him and keep an eye on the crack, I heard my older sister calling, she wondered what was everyone shouting at-and again I needed to tell her about the crack.

I packed my bags and we told dad that we would meet him at a certain place, the valleys of Millwood, and that’s where he worked, the sky was turning a very odd color, and the sun was showing itself,

“This is obscured!” explained mum “why is this happening to us?”

“I’m not very sure mum” said one of my sisters (Elisabeth)

“I’m scared mummy!” whispered my little sister Maria

“It’s okay darling” said mum “Nothing is going to happen to us, I mean it we shall all stick together”

Mum didn’t look like she was going to stick by what he had said, and again Elisabeth thought she needed to but in

“Listen Maria! Whatever those things are they aren’t going to destroy us” she shouted

*They will destroy us because otherwise we needn’t move* I thought

But whatever I thought Elizabeth would always correct me , she was over 18 and she still lived with my mother and father. I have 2 more sisters and 1 brother, their names are Demi, Kate and Daniel, they have all moved out and lived there own lives,

I’m the 2nd youngest ;(

I can’t stand Rationing-Chapter 2

We drove 42 miles east to my grandma’s old house, she had a basement which had a lot of food in, but as days turned to weeks, we were running out of food

“I’m hungry mummy!” shouted Maria

“I’m sorry Mari, but we have to ration” she said

“Mum?” I said “What’s rationing?”

“Rationing is a formal word for saving a certain amount of food, say if you had sweets and you wanted for them to last until the next day well then that’s rationing” said mum

Now I understood,

Grandma had books of cartoons stuffed up in the attic for occasions

There were ones like Sonic, Shrek, Mine craft, Jeanie Tons,

It was fun living in the basement but it was very strange because we needed to be quiet when it was dark,

Dad went outside to have a look if anything had changed, it did, there were massive sky scrapers that reached the clouds and massive rocks, and I wasn’t very sure that they were rocks: 3

The sky scrappers were made out of mud and these weird ant like creatures were building more things on them, one looked at and took him hostige-

But now I was alone because mother stepped outside and I never saw her again….
